Anyone who has been around this business a while knows that recruiting goes in cycles.
Anyway the last couple of months the cycle has been on a low that I haven't seen in years.
There has literally been no new "must see" girls coming on the scene in at least three months.
Agencies seem completely unable to find new talent that they can advertise in the 18-21 category. And since we know that agencies tend to subtract 2-3 years from girls' ages, that means hiring in the under 24 (real age, not advertised age) category, has completely fallen off a cliff.
Just a review of regular agencies' new recruits in 18-21 (advertised) range in the last three months shows how bad things are.
(Incidentally, "new" or "debutante" girls that are over 21 (advertised, which means 24+ in real life) are almost always recycled veterans coming in under new names, or have spent years in SCs or MPs and thus don't qualify as recruits).
Hiring list, 18-21, for the past three months:
Eleganza: Nothing (Gabriela was hired 4 months ago).
Good Girls: - Shanelle. Untested, and possibly not a debutante and age to be verified, as GG typically raids other agencies. (Valentina has been around 3+ months)
Montreal Sex City. Nothing. (Samantha, who has not been on the roster in a while, started 6 months ago.
Devilish/GOF. I think they may have hired one. But nothing that has come up on my radar screen.
Satin Dreams. Natacha is new. But large.
Angel Escorts: Nothing.
XXXtase/Delight: Gabriella, though the jury is still out on whether she is worth a look....
Chinese agencies: Nobody takes these places seriously. Any girl that they have flown in form Taiwan, Korea, etc....is almost certainly a veteran from over there that cant be counted as new.
Also the oriental agencies (even back home) are famous for advertising girls as young, when they are in fact just small and skinny, which makes them look years, sometimes decades younger than they look.
1. Although the girls deny it (they all claim to be fully booked), I think it is real quiet out there.
As a result, agencies, which are having a hard time finding work for their older girls, are easing off on the hiring.
2. The price increases to $200 per hour, a couple of months ago in the agency fight for talent, have shrank the market.
