Ok, I'm not much of a gym rat, but I workout..I go to the gym 3 times a week and workout at home the rest of the week... Not a muscle strenght guy, much more of an endurance guy... This is why I love so much the Insanity program, from Beachbody.com...Did P90x a couple of times in the past, then mixed It in with Insanity... Never did the full program entirely, though; I would very much like to find some workout buddies to do the whole thing with; I live in the Chateauguay-Lasalle-Valleyfield area... It is quite possible to workout in my basement but I can go to some other places too within the area I identified and even in Montréal

Working out with other people is much more fun !!

Focus T25, P90X2 and Body Beast are the other workout programs that I like...

Ok, I realize this is not really a thread....Much more like a social networking type of thing... Well, if the mods think this should eventually be transferred somewhere else, so shall it be...

I love plyometric circuit exercises. Both cardio and weight training at the same time. Great part is is that you are using your body weight and dumbbells are optional. Best of all I can cut things down to 15 to 20 minutes and I am done. None of that hours at the gym. I have most of the workout programs - P90X/P90X2, Insanity, and DeltaFit. Plus also I also check out bodyrock.tv and Zuzuka Light's workout programs. Then I use the materials to create my own workouts. After learning about these exercises I realize all those fancy machines like treadmills, versa climbers, stair climbers, etc are a total waste of time. Doing those machines may burn calories when you are working out but once you are off things stop.

Most important is to own a Gymboss. Or if you have an iPhone/iPod Touch you can download an interval timer app. This will cut down on your rest period making your workout quick and efficient.

What I don't like about these programs though is that they pimp out those expensive powders. To me that is nonsense. You can get the same results and much cheaper by eating correctly.

The gym is cool too if you want to push hard with some friends. If I'm alone, though, I don't see the point in going to the gym... I'd rather pick one the 150 workout DVDs I have at home or improvise from what I know, in the privacy of my basement...

not a big fan or cardio-type workouts personally, more of a fan of old school bodybuilding kind of lifting. Bodybuilding.com pretty much has you covered in terms of exercise programs if you know what you're doing.

Yeah, Bodybuilding.com is a good reference...If you wanna bulk up and develop mass and pure strength...At the same time, I'm always surprised to see how huge guys at the gym lack endurance and slow twitch muscle fibers...Don't ask them to stay in plank for 3 minutes or do 50 push-ups consecutively; they just can't for most of them. There's different ways to train, it all depends on your priorities and objectives. At my age (50), I don't wanna bulk up; I just want to last long

So I prefer boot camp workouts to heavy weight lifting sessions

P90X/Insanity/Delta Fit are not about looks even though the outcome leads to having a great physique. What matter is about being functionally fit (sexually fit because those mish positions will take some good tricep, back, ab and shoulder strength). The six pack and the bulk will come later. Yet doing plyos you are not going to be built like the Hulk that is for sure. A balanced fit physique is what you are going to end up with if you maintain the discipline and having a proper diet.

Anyone wanna be my personal trainer?

Sure why not. My fee is that you give me a 30 minute sandpaper hand job then I pour chocolate syrup all over you and then have a very hungry rottweiler lick it off.

If interested you can PM me.

roflmao! :help:

Here I was thinking - hmm, I wonder if how many kinky interests I would get for watching me do an hour or weight training, helping *spot* me or an hour or yoga nude. $60 dollars an hour to watch! Who's in! :p

See, I like to kill two birds with one stone - that is why I like outdoor sexy time - I get my fresh air with a side order of hard cock ;)

That's a good one, LoL...Personally, I thing doing yoga nude is cool...For a woman...Especially if I watch
