I know we have a few body builders and such on this board so I was hoping if someone could recommend a gym or two (I live in Lachine and I don't mind traveling albeit by bus).
While I have lost about 15-20 pounds (I still have a whole lot left) over the summer so far just by changing my diet and riding my bicycle, I want to get some weight training done and some structured cardio classes or something. I'm thinking of taking either Akido or Kendo (I am fascinated by japanese culture so this is definetly going to happen) which would cover the cardio I think.
PS The only caveat is that they have to accept something other then credit cards for payment
PPS Does anyone know of a reputable dietitian that will take people without referals?
