I'm in the late 50's range and, so sadly, the erections are hard to come by except by my own hand or early in the morning with the wife.
With SP's, who you can do nastier stuff with, I've sometimes used my own hand with her mouth taking all of my load. That can be a fantastic finish. However, some SP's are so beautiful you just want to ram the heck out of them. Next time I might try 2 Cialis to be sure I'm rock hard. Should experiment on my wife first. Mr. Wiggly haha! I am in my mid-forties and I have to avoid alcohol without taking anything special pills. If I do I may be hard but will never be able to finish... It's actually a benefit not taking alcohol because when I am with an SP, I want all my parts perfectly focused

I noticed the same after I stopped working out for several months. When I was able to work out, I was able to maintain my erection much much longer and could control when to shot off my load. Imagine your wife when you guys were madly crazy in love and your desire for her will improve and your erection last longer.

As for working out to help maintain a healthy sex life, I was seeing a lot more ladies of all ages working out, especially on the quads, squats and the lower half of their bodies.

Are you sure? That is the side effect of Viagra but not Cialis. Google it ( plus I have been using it for a long time, can have 10 drinks and still works fine ). How many mg are your pills, 5 or 20? I get 20 and break them in half, they should be good fro 36 hrs and for me after 18 hrs it works better.

I have tried Viagra and Cialis, both have side effects, and each time i tried to have a prescription, i had to pass an ECG, just a precaution, first time tried it i was 50 years old, now im 62, any good doctor will not prescribed these pills without at least a minimal check up.
Side effects varies and may include dizziness,face flushing,etc.
As for Alcohol, it affect in a certain way depending of you age, and other pills that you can take.
Last time I ask for Cialis was to help keep the erection, and since I take anti-depressants, it also has an impact on orgasm, but my psychiatrist refused to prescribed the pill and ask me to see a normal doctor.

I didn't get a chance to read the entire thread but you say your wife is having erection trouble? WTF? I have traveled extensivly in Asia. One time I even stopped for a 5 day hobby trip in Thailand so believe me I know first hand that it is possible to mistakenly bring home an SP that can have an erection. However, my rule is that once I find out I have picked up a shemale I cut ties...maybe buy them a drink or give them a nominal fee so there is no hard feeling or trouble.
