Thread: Eleganza?

    Eleganza?

I was giving some thought to an upcoming trip in May and I checked on Raven's profile (as long as they are not too tomboyish I have gad some great sessions with chicks who play beat-you-up sports). I noticed that the Eleganza website has not been updated for this week's schedule and no advertisements have been posted for a while. Hopefully it is just an owner's vacation or something. I realize that losing Daryn was huge (strangely she us still on the Eleganza website) but hopefully they are still in business. Eleganza was one the best agency in Montreal, in my opinion.

I believe that John had some issues which caused him to step away from the business. It's been on a downward spiral ever since. Eleganza IMHO was one of the greatest agencies in Montreal, it's a shame that they now suck.

The life cycle of an agency is such that they are hot for a couple years and then they tail off and have to reinvent themselves or risk being a shadow of their former self.

I believe Raven is away till June.

It's a lesson for all popular agencies. Be honest and attentive to all customers regardless of anything else. Treat the ladies well also and don't take out your issues on them. If an agency is riding high with a stable of great ladies don't forget your agency will face changes in the end, and maintain a skill at being attentive to keeping all possible customers interested because that will still serve you well when your stable isn't the hottest one in town and the issue becomes more about your business skills without the impact of having the best stable. Don't fool yourself into thinking you will always be at the top and thinking you can be frivolous with your approach to any client just because times are good and some clients are kissing up to you for the time being telling you how great you are. As the slave said to the general at his greatest triumph: "remember you are just a man". Be decent and fair to all, you are going to need ALL of us.

    Cheers,

    Merlot

From what i heard the owner was away for personal reasons, and so the agency was run by other guys during that time, wich can explain the decay(lack of experience maybe or else). In any case its only been what... 6 years i do that personally, and i seen a couple agencies trade the top spot. When i started it was devilish/girls on fire that was at the top, but nearly since its arrival Goodgirls is the top dog by a long run. I will give credit to Angel Escorts on one thing, they where among the first to list the services when they opened up(along woman of passion) and nowadays more and more agencies does it. I think to me its a must... knowing what to expect, even tough there is always the ymmv factor.

I think tough over the year(since i started til now) an agency that kept a good roster, good services and stay pretty stable, is XXXtase. The only thing i don't understand tough is why they still cut there roster half/half with delight. There is often 3 girls or less per roster listed.. i think it would be better if they would list all of them in one post, would make them look "bigger" but well... i guess there is a reason for it lol

But its always come and go with agences in general, there is ups and downs.

It's too bad to see a good agency go down like that. I remember seeing Jessica a number of years ago and I would love to find out what has happened to her.

If you mean Jessica the tall Anglophone, she came back in 2011 and was around for almost 2 years. She was my favourite and ended up seeing her several times.

She was fantastic. I remember that she told me she was almost finished with her training in a specialized medical field. I guess she gave up escorting after that occurred. I am sure she us doing well at her new profession since she brought such a great work ethic to escorting.

Eleganza no more? The end of a time as we once know?

By chance I got in the Eleganza schedule page today and it was not updated since last month...

I've talk to some of the girls when john left and everyone think the agency will not be for long, nonetheless it's sad to see this happen...

Most agencies that were so stronge as a brand back in the 2006 and on now either closed or just as bad as B&S, with one exception: good for Martin.and most new ones don't seem doing great anyway.

I wonder just how much have change since the 2000s? What went south and what changed?

I believe there is more to it - like legal issues that force an owner to step aside and the new manager to cease recruiting in the old way.
