Dog snacks at Costco.............. Cause liver damage.

For all you dog owners who shop at Costco. The ChewMaster Chicken Strips ( back of package bottom right corner, made in China ) can cause liver damage. It is imported by Celebrity products out of Toronto. The post says the same product out of Denver ( I think, somewhere in the US anyway ) does not have that issue. The package I picked up is from China, returned it for a full refund.

Any dog treats but especially the chicken strips from China that are manufactured outside of North America are not recommended. The difference in price is not enough to take a chance with your dog or cats life. Look for products that are manufactured in North America or google making your own, it's not that difficult and you certainly have control over the quality of the ingredients
