I woke up a few days ago with a slightly tender left testicle. I was with a SP a week ago. We had protected FS but a BBBJ. I am very concerned it may be something I caught. I have no pain, no strange growths, no itching, pretty much nothing. Just a strange feeling in my left ball! Let me know, please

Sounds like something similar I experienced a few years back. The pain lasted a couple days. A week later I just so happened to have my yearly Doctor's appointment and I explained the situations to him. He told me that in some rare occasions the testicle can twist inside the scrotum and cause pain. It usually works itself out and goes away. If the pain persists for more than 4-5 days or gets worse go to the emergency room.

If it bothers you enough that you are asking help here, you should go to the emergency ASAP. It could be serious and in some cases you have a limited time to fix any damages that may exist.
See a Doctor, you will get the help you need there, not here.

Have a friend who had a twisted nut problem. I know you're going to say, "Right it's always a FRIEND".

Anyway he said the pain was severe so he went to Doc after a day or so. You know the fix for twisted nut? Sew it to your scrotum. Sound like Fun?

Doc also said that if he did not come in he could have lost a testicle coz twist stops blood flow to it. If that happens nobody can say you're NUTS anymore, nope just NUT (singular).

Be careful with the family jewels!!!

In my case the pain was not severe, it was not comfortable for sure but not severe.

I guess it would depend on his pain threshold but going to see a doctor is always the best thing to do.
