That is what one SP told me she is planning to do when C-36 becomes law. She will do massages with thai but she will offer the option for a roll over. When C-36 kicks in will SPs all become massage ladies?

I think the idea just died with your public announcement.

Sorry to found it funny, it is because it's something who just should remain discrete for your own profite, it surprised me that you come and say it like that.
Now, LE would/could be investigate the massage ladies too, did you think about it before asking it? I permit myself to comment, because I am really concerned, I think is better to be safe than sorry, as ever

I think everybody should adapt what they are now writing about, in public and in private, on boards, in emails & SMS, because all could be possible to read by a tierce part.
Sorry, I had to say it. Don't take it bad, I simply think is a very good thing that people should be awared of it. xox

A lots of ladies are now working to find solutions, because we care for you, of course. * Edit: And I found mine. :)

Personally i don't want to mess around havin to be sherlock holmes about if a specific girl is just a masseuse or a SP. I mean at the moment i know a certain number of ladies who offer what im looking for, i don't need to confirm it on the phone, BUT what about in a year or 2? This crap will just make life harder for us... especially with services...

I am a direct customer, i know what i want and i don't waste the time of SPs or bookers. If its an agency girl, my choice is already set, i call, ask for a time, set it, thank you sir and its done. If an indy, i contact her, make arrengement for a booking, done. Simple as that, no time wasted for anybody. Of course permit me a little () , i am direct to the point but polite, i always salute, ask nicely if a meeting is possible, and all. I know from very reliable source that customers that don't salute and ask nicely does leave a bad impression from the start.

On the other side, some clients overdo it, they ask so much questions... they need like 15 mail exchanges before a booking, even if the ads(before the changes) was super clear. Imagine now with those changes...

Oh boy... so if on top of that we have to guess who is a real SP advertising as a masseuse and who is indeed a maseuse... :nono:

It's not about cops at all. Left to themselves they will do what they need to do.
This is for busy bodies who might create political pressure.
Please do not encourage indiscreet behaviour.
Every little element of indiscretion could cause disproportionately bad outcomes.

Damm! If Roarke didn't blab the cops would have never figured it out.

I dont think there is a problem with the terms escort.

escort does not imply that there is an exchange of sexual services in any way.

I can just mean companionship.

I say exchange of sexual services because the client is also providing service to the actual provider.

So as a client but also a provider wouldn't that make me exempt from prosecution ?

If i could prove that the girl is actually enjoying the encounter and a service is being rendered to her ?

I think i just found a loophole in the bill lol :thumb:

Snoodle is correct that c-36 does not make it illegal to be an escort or to see an escort.

Ironically, a provider might forfeit her legal protection under c-36 by calling herself a massage provider, if the local jurisdiction imposes fines and penalties for performing a massage without a professional or business license. That happens in the U.S.. I am not sure if Canada requires a license to advertise and perform massages for compensation.

That seems to still be a big misconception about c-36. It is perfectly legal to hire an escort. For an illegal act to occur, there has to be proof of solicitation or proof of payment for sex. That is pretty damn hard to prove.

Seriously!!! If you "hire" and escort and do not pay her, then you are all good. Though, and as soon as you shell out the first loonie to pay her, then you become a criminal! This new law will not stop amazing me.

A simple convention, would be

masseuse = masseuse
masseuse and a wink means sp
masseuse plus double wink is a gfe sp
masseuse plus triple wink means gfe sp who speaks greek.

we will end up communicating in morse thanks to this law. Or maybe we just need to invest in learning the language of the navajos and use it to talk about the hobby. This worked pretty well in WWII.

after the law goes into effect and girls cant advertise specific services and reviews cant be to detailed you seem to imply you wont know what your are getting but I am sure you can read between the lines on non specific reviews or maybe more girls and clients will join The Erotic Review where non detailed reviews are not allowed
so you see an escort for time and companion ship and maybe a massage but you will know what she provides if you do your homework
