Strip Club Question: anyone else feel this way?

When I have some dances with one woman, I feel kind of bad when she sees me with another dancer a few minutes later. It doesn't help that I'm shy and not so good at friendly hellos to acquaintances. But on top of that I feel as if I'm hurting the woman's feelings because I'm with someone else.

Now, of course these women are all professionals, they know we're there for variety, they don't get hung up on random strangers and don't want random strangers getting hung up on them. And so on and so on. But is there any other customer who has the same reaction as I do?

She's just toying with you!

I felt that way too in the beginning.
These girls can tell us sensitive guys and use that to our advantage. This is the case of the pro's.

However I have felt like that with out of town strip clubs, where you get real young local girls. They aren't that hot, but none of them are.
You get that "look" from them from eye-to-eye contact afterwards. The real pro girls only give eye-to-eye while dancing or just before.

Perhaps we're just sensitive guys and we pick that up, that others don't. So yes I've felt it, and felt guilty.
Once to the point of apologizing for not having any more money.

Afterwards I thought, that she thought, God what a loser...

So these girls are human, and do have feelings. Do have hormonal ups & downs. Same girl a week before or after probably you would not have felt that.

The one time I really fell for it, was going through a bad period (no pun) with the wifey. I was 12 yrs younger, so it was like she 19 me 30 deal. We chatted many dances without it costing me anything. Maybe an hour later, after some 4 paid dances, wanted to see other girls, and I got that "look".

It's like a kitten that's hungry looking up at you, and old enough to realize that you *won't* give it fresh food / water right now...it's like hurting for attention...and not getting it.

I get that from the dog too, but he don't fool me that hound, he's a pro. :)

I've felt similar in the past. I rarely get dances from strippers, since i consider it a tremendous waste of money. However, after a few beers, i tend to take things into a different perspective. :)

Anyways, soon after i arrive, there usually are a couple of strippers that usually will come and chat it up and then offer me a dance. I almost always politely decline. When i do, i usually tell them the same excuse: i just got there, i'm waiting for a friend, maybe later, etc. They then leave me and promise to come back, etc. And more often than not, they do come back, only to hear another one of my many excuses. However, a few beers later, and especially when my buddy or buddies have already agreed to a dance(s), i will be tempted into accepting a dance or two...or more. When i do, i usually try to sneak away in order to avoid the girls who i've promised to get to dance for me if i changed my mind. You can bet that i've rarely had these same girls come back and ask me for a dance after they've seen me being frisked away by one of their colleagues.

wishing I was in Montreal
Back in the day, when I visited Montreal 8-10 times per year, I spent lots of time in stripclubs (Teasers, L'Axe, Downtown). It got so I saw the same few girls on each visit, and they knew I was good for at least a couple of dances. The mileage got better with each trip, but there were always new girls to try out.

I felt guilty when heading to the booth with someone else, like I was cheating on them. The unexpected benefit was having the "regular" girls increase their mileage so I wouldn't stray too far. I got very close to 1 or 2 girls, went to after-hour raves & outside club activities, but in general never lost sight of the fact that they were there for the money.

Those were the days before I entered the hobby and realized how much further my dollar could get me! Now the clubs are for a quick beer and as a prelude to SP appointments. Geez, if I had half the money back that I spent on dancers...

Enjoy the fantasy, but keep everything in perspective.

If I had half the money back that I spent on dancers I could probably buy a house and keep myself in SP's for a couple of years.:p Thinking of that just made me really depressed...guess I'll go to Wanda's and see my babe to make me feel better:D

Whatever happened to Teazers?? I kind of miss the place.....any chance of it re-opening up?

For awhile Teazers was my home-away-from-home! I believe it was eventually closed when the biker gangs were involved in stripclubs. The gangs may still be involved, I don't know the current situation.

The police raided the place a few times and arrested/fined customers under the "bawdy house" laws, calling it a bordello (I have 1st-hand knowledge of this:eek:). The girls & customers found other places to be. The last time I was there before it closed, it was like a ghost town.

I became friendly with many of the ladies, the bartender (forget her name. but she was the sexiest bartender in Montreal), and the owner. I never paid an entry fee, but I tipped well. I also got the highest mileage I've ever gotten at any place on the island.

Damn, now I'm really depressed... I need to go to Wanda's and see Techman's babe to make me feel better!:D

......one girl who must have approached me 20 times over the years and I've never taken her for a dance. Her approach is so gentle it is easy to turn her down.

Dee: what's her name/stats? I'm a sucker for a girl with a gentle approach....especially since I also like to be gentle with them.

If I have a mini crush aka 'client crush' it really hurts me to see him with another girl. But I usually hide it deep inside.

This is also the most popular reason for my mini crushes to fade away. I tell myself 'if I'm not special for him, why should he be special for me?'. This psycho therapy usually works really well with me.. but sometimes it takes time!

If I don't develop special feelings for the client it doesn't bother me at all who else he takes dances from. Sometimes if I have rather negative feelings from the dance I get very happy when I see the client being happy with another dancer..

I second that Dee. I can honestly say in all the years i've been going to clubs I've had a total of 3 crushes but of course me being the shy guy won't say a word. All i know is if someone had that kinda crush with me i'd love it if they told me.

As for the feeling bad part i can say i've had my fair share of those too. I don't know how many times i felt bad for saying no to someone asking me to dance. Sometimes i gave in out of force of habit and other times was because i felt bad for the person. One thing u have to remember is that being a dancer is their job and they are people. I love going to clubs especially Cleo's but everytime i go there i manage to see one guy that manages to disrespect a dancer in one shape or form. Seeing that is probably the thing that makes me feel the worse. One guarantee with me i may be shy but at least i'm a gentleman and as for u out there who may have that "minicrush" (wishful thinking) nothing a guy likes to hear more than someone coming on to him.

I don't feel bad to say no, unless the girl has danced for me before and I have really enjoyed it. Fortunately it has happened to me only once, in Toronto....I could not handle her weight anymore (she was heavier than my 165lbs, but lots of fun). That same night I had another girl (superb shape !) do an hour with me (and the two dislike each other !). In any case, I always say 'no' respectfully; if I'm waiting for another girl I always tell her upfront, so she does not waste her time. I think alcohol has a huge part to play in it - a co-worker of mine slapped a girl at Downtown after a dispute about song-count - he told me later that it was due to too much beer.

As for mini-crushes, life is predictable: if you have a mini-crush on a girl she does not have one on you, and vice versa. I try to keep it in perspective by thinking, "This too shall pass".....okay I'm a cynic, but wish I could listen to my own counsel !!

I used to be sorry when taking dances with another girl, then I saw that the girls don't feel sorry when they go and see other clients. So, basically, it is a professional relationship.

Spiderman: you nailed it on the head. There are also those girls who treat you like you do not exist after you pay them There was one notable exception, at Zanzibar in Toronto: after she danced for me (and she was smoking hot!) and I paid her, I stood up to leave. She asked me to stay and talk to her while she finished her wine (1 or 2 songs, which I did not have to pay her for - I checked first). Then later on she came and sat with me, clinging on to me (believe me, I wished I had the cash to keep her busy all evening). Never saw her again there, unfortunately :(
