    https://merb.cc/vbulletin/showthread...Rose-Delacourt!!

Rose did the Half Marathon...in just over two hours. It was her first!
Ayn Rand, Rand Paul and Paul Ryan walk into a bar. The bartender serves them tainted alcohol because there are no regulations. They die.

Congratulations to Rose... I have so much respect for people who do it, because there are so many hours of training behind....

    Thanks for sharing...

That,s what they say... Sport is dangerous for your life...

Personnaly I listen to my body... I push it, just enough to keep it well... but not to the point where I will get an heart attack... I do crossfit, and I know my limit... You see, even when I meet Kira she is like a tornado in the room, I let her do her tornado, but I make sure that I stay within my limitation...

I am getting closer to my next life, but not yet...

Many years ago, i was a long-distance runner. Then i underwent back surgery and i had to stop with the running. Now when i exercise it's fast-walking. It's preferable. Running takes a toll on the body....joints, knees, backs, etc, The body takes less of a pounding from walking and when you've reached a certain age, it's safer.
