anyone knows where i can watch f1 in restaurant/bar /breakfast early sunday morning in montreal? been sport stations, ton of Tv but waiter didn't want put volume...
It was a fairly boring race & to my surprise even the british announcers were saying this near the end of the race. The final two laps were the only good part of the race. My guess is that we were all spoiled by the dramatics of the Azerbajan GP two weeks ago.
Valteri Bottas won the GP by 0.4 of a second over Sebastian Vettel. Daniel Ricciardo was third, barely holding on Lewis Hamilton who whined throughout the race as usual when he's not leading. Bottas was lucky he didn't get a stop-and-go penalty for jumping the start. Both Vettel & Ricciardo immediately noticed Bottas had appeared to have jumped the start but after taking time to deliberate, the race officials let it go since it was too close to call. Bottas later described it as the most perfect start of his career.
Lance Stroll did quite well in finishing 10th right behind teammate Felipe Massa. Hopefully the next race will be more interesting to watch.
