Is it just me but the last 3 weeks i've been trying to book a Euphoria girl,but when I check their website at 8 pm for the next day nothing is there.

they normally update their website between midnight-2 AM the same day. You won't see their schedule the night before, it's been the norm since they stopped doing an advanced schedule.
