Recent polls show Clinton trailing Trump.
Her only salvation would be to nominate a well liked and popular independent or moderate Republican as her running mate.
Can she nominate Bill Clinton ???
Would she nominate Bernie Sanders and would he accept?
Weird and a bit scary times we are in.

There is no chance Trump wins a general election.
I realize everyone has been saying Trump cant win from the first day he started running for the GOP nomination and he has proved everyone wrong, but, a general election is a different animal all together. A black man was elected president, twice, and the GOP had all their shit together trying to bring him down. Now the GOP is in open war from within and there are polls that say Trump is ahead!! I dont buy it for a second. When all is said and done she will win easily and the Trump show might even cost the republicans in the house & senate.

We are doomed!!!!!

I agree with you. If Clinton becomes the POTUS, you are all doomed. The media has been doing a good job of brainwashing you all against Trump. The man doesn't need all this shit, he has his business, his billions and a life you all could only dream of, but he knows how much his country is in danger if change doesn't come real soon.

As an outside observer of what is happening south of the border and judging those 2 from afar (Clinton & Trump) it shocks me to think anyone really believes that Trump would make a good POTUS. Clinton (Although flawed herself) is a hell of a lot better choice between the 2. If she could just keep her mouth shut and not speak until November (her speaking is her greatest weakness, If only her husband could rub off on her in that respect) she would win in a landslide. Even Republicans dont want Trump, they are just stuck with him now.
Trumps biggest supporters are late night comedians who see him as a endless pit of material to draw on.

The US is hard to figure...nobody thought Bush would win a second term and he did! I always had the feeling that country is very republican, it takes a very charismatic democrat to win. Barack Obama with all his charisma barely beat out John McCain and Romney ( who are both as dull as can be). To make things interesting Bernie should run as an independent, with republlicans not happy with Trump and a divided Democratic party who knows he coul probably win!!!

I wouldn't bet against Trump...he can reach people better than Hillary, he's gifted in public speaking, she's a disaster...

I just came back from a 6 day work stint in DC. When all cab driver your take, all blacks, tell you they support Trump, you realize he might just win this after all.

It's still beyond me how the greatest and most powerful country in the world could end up with such 2 horrible candidates. It has to be the worst possible election in history.

If Trump goes smooth and forget about the non-sense he said, the damage would not be that bad. If he stick to his loud mouth ego jerk he has been, he will only exacerbate US hate all over the world. And that is not good. There is great ppl in this country who do not deserve this.

Cheers,

Don't underestimate the animosity towards the establishment of both parties. Sanders and Trump are the only ones who have spoken out against Wall Street and China. We already know Hillary and Bill have made millions off the banks/foreign Governments. Hillary and Obama can't even put "muslim" and "terrorists" in the same sentence. Time for a real change before we become a 3rd world country - although I think it's too late. Sanders might actually have a chance if he goes 3rd party. I haven't voted in 24 years but he would get my vote.

Mark Cuban's name is not being floated as Hillary's running mate. He was interviewed and asked and said he would consider it under certain conditions. The Dems did not approach him.

Mark Cuban's name is being floated as Hillary's running mate/VP, which would truly be interesting, as Cuban has repeatedly said if he ran he would "put Trump in his place." This battle of the billionaires would be fun to watch:

Like Garotalover in a 3 way race I vote for Bernie over Hilary and Donald.

No one can diminish the damage HRC will cause the Democrats. She's going up the River to the Federal Pen. You of all should know that Counselor, unless you're ignorant of Federal Laws (US Title 18 Section 793(F) and (G - possibly)).

You sound like someone we don't see around here much, if at all. How many handles do you use?
