    Canada and legal marijuana

Looks promising. Good idea or bad idea?

Also, I wonder if Canada will get all uppity like the Netherlands has and restrict the sale to citizens, or be like parts of Spain and let tourists buy? It would probably increase tourist revenue, but the hotels are of course a pain in the ass regarding smoke in the room.

The article is vague. Is he talking about recreational use being legalized ?

Holland- only a small portion of the country is restricting sale to tourists

Spain- I will show you my Cannabis Card when I see you soon Patron. Sale is restricted to " club members "

Good to know about Holland, I thought it was everywhere.

I, too, am a Cannibis Club member. I laughed when I entered the club to join. The two cute, giggly receptionist girls were like bouncing off the walls high. They called someone who was not high and who spoke English to serve me. I suspect they spoke more English when not high.

They had way more than pot, shrooms and everything, but I stayed safe and just bought pot.

Would you partake on Montreal trips? I think pot goes better outside in nice warm weather, so the lack of a real beach is a drawback.

Here is part 3 of a travel series. I can't get part 1, which includes Holland and Spain, to load without an irritating pop-up.

I think I figured the link out.

The Lisbon description cracked me up. I have never been good at just looking at people in seedy areas and getting them to offer me things. Same with casino sex workers. I prefer seeing reviewed escorts anyway, but I rarely get solicited in the casino.

Nice post. I've been to Amsterdam a few times, but never Spain. I have a wonderful memory of sitting along an Amsterdam canal at night, drinking an Amstel (or Heineken?), enjoying some very nice cannabis from the coffee shop. The red light district was only a couple blocks away. That area has its downside, but it was still quite amazing to see.

This May was the first year in the last 12 that I didn't go to Amsterdam and Golden Time

I'm sure the FKK girls missed me getting them high

Well, it's never really been an issue to get pot in Canada. I can't speak for others, but Quebec and BC provinces are both super open about this. Of course it will be great to get access to marijuana in specialized stores like any other product, but in the end it will depend on taxes and product quality. I already have access to premium quality marijuana whenever i want, so if i'm not satisfied with what the government has to offer, i'll stick with my actual sources or i will grow it myself, because that's something i'd like to master. I've been smoking weed for years so i know what i like and what i don't like. I won't go into details, by the strains and effects are almost infinite.....

Trudeau will not back on this, he has made his intentions clear right from the start and he's going forward. I'm totally fine with this. More and more US states are doing the same.

The smoke in Canada is better than what I can get at home, and it's half the price

And those who know me know I usually get it for free lately anyways
Too bad I'm in "time out "'these days
