    The Clinton Crime Syndicate

It's clear that Hillary Clinton has a Crime Syndication that out rivals anything any Mafia gang has assembled. Congressman Daniel Issa bluntly said Clinton of a Criminal Enterprise:

Darrell Issa: ‘We Are in a Crisis,’ and Hillary Clinton Is a ‘Criminal Involved in a Criminal Enterprise’

    http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presid...al-enterprise/

The FBI was clearly either stopped of making a recommendation for prosecution as Comey gave details of her wrongdoing without coming to that conclusion. He was either complicit or threatened.

Bill Clinton's secret not so secret meeting with AG Loretta Lynch stinks to high hell. This was not an investigation for prosecution from the beginning. This was an investigation to allow Clinton to skate the law, which is very clear in the Federal Statutes.
So when will Hillary go to Prison?

Only the Democrats would have a potential CONVICT as their Top Presidential Candidate. Simply Pathetic

A good opinion piece which accurately describes this very dangerous situation

FBI’s Comey Makes It Clear: Hillary Clinton Is Above the Law
The Fiscal Times By Liz Peek
    July 5, 2016 2:28 PM

Is Hillary Clinton innocent? Or did she manage to avoid indictment? The two are not the same, as FBI Director James Comey made clear, even as he decided against recommending that Clinton be prosecuted for mishandling state secrets.

About half the country will now conclude what it has long suspected: the Clintons are above the law. How else to interpret Comey’s announcement?

Comey revealed his decision today, just in time to let Clinton hit the campaign trail with President Obama. And, just days after former president Bill Clinton happened to bump into Justice Department chief Loretta Lynch on the tarmac in Phoenix. What a happy coincidence — allowing the two old pals to catch up on the joys of grandparenting.

It is difficult not to be cynical about the sequence of events. Unhappily, given the multiple occurrences of corruption in the Obama White House (see: Lois Lerner, Fast & Furious, etc.) and the innumerable scandals that have engulfed the Clintons over several decades, cynicism is quite appropriate.

Let’s consider Comey’s conclusions. Most curious is that he judges Clinton and her aides to have been “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.” Nonetheless, he declines to prosecute her for “gross negligence” in the handling of classified information, which is a felony. How Clintonian to find airspace between those two standards.

As Comey said, “Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” In other words, Clinton broke the law, but the evidence is not solid enough to indict. Is that the issue? Or were the straight arrow Comey and his FBI deterred by the calamitous political fallout of charging the presumed Democratic nominee for president with a felony.

Most fair-minded people will believe that Clinton purposefully hid her correspondence. It turns out, as Comey noted, that the former secretary of state employed not one personal email server, but several. When she shifted from one to another, large caches of emails disappeared.

Specifically, Comey said, “Secretary Clinton used several different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department, and used numerous mobile devices to view and send e-mail on that personal domain. As new servers and equipment were employed, older servers were taken out of service, stored and decommissioned in various ways.”

The FBI laboriously tried to reassemble much of what was destroyed, with only partial success. Remember that public officials are supposed to preserve their work-related correspondence for posterity; Clinton did not.

That Clinton lied repeatedly about her personal server use is a fact. She said she never sent or received classified information. To the contrary, Comey notes that “From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department [from Clinton’s server] 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received…For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received.”

In true Clintonian fashion, Hillary would have us believe that classified emails sent to her were “not marked” as such; Comey blows that line out of the water arguing that “even if information is not marked ‘classified’ in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.”

Related: Big Winners in the Trump-Clinton Race: Hatred and Voter Disgust

That mishandling such information is against the law is a fact. Comey referenced the “federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities.”

It is also worrisome; there’s a reason officials are meant to use secure communications systems. As Comey noted: “None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at departments and agencies of the U.S. government — or even with a commercial service like Gmail.” At the least, the infractions prove Clinton’s judgment appalling.

Clinton also lied about those 30,000 personal emails she claimed concerned matters such as her yoga classes and Chelsea’s wedding. Comey: “The FBI also discovered several thousand work-related e-mails that were not in the group of 30,000 that were returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014. We found those additional e-mails in a variety of ways. Some had been deleted over the years and we found traces of them on devices that supported or were connected to the private e-mail domain.” Not only did Clinton lie about those emails, in destroying them she broke a law.

Some will draw parallels between Chief Justice John Roberts’ surprising decision to uphold Obamacare and Comey’s decision on Clinton. Both may have decided that it was more important to prevent massive political upheaval than to follow the letter of the law. Comey himself gave us some sense of that, when he said, “To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.”

Individuals, for instance, like Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier, who was indicted recently for taking cell phone pictures of the engine room of his submarine — even though the government agreed he had no intention of sending the photos to anyone. In a case that many contrasted with the Clinton investigation, Saucier was expected to serve several years in prison for having mishandled national defense information.

So Comey let Clinton off the hook, even as he accused her of breaking the law. Let us hope that voters come November do not follow his lead.

I know a person who had just got his top secret security clearance. This officer told me that the instructors told the class that if they ever attempted to do what Hillary did that they should pack a small suitcase and say good bye to their families because they were going away to Leavenworth for 30 years. No one - not even the commies on this board - would believe for a second that a public official should be able to set up their own server and take top secret emails at home.

Even if they did it in James Comey's words - EXTREMELY CARELESSLY (if there was ever such a level of legality). It's like a Bank Robber robbing a bank extremely carelessly (giving the teller a note that says "I got a Gum" and arguing about it - Woody Allen movie).

The whole Clinton candidacy and criminal cover-up by the FBI and DOJ is so pathetic.

    Couillard affair and resignation

Bernier came under intense scrutiny after the media discovered that his former girlfriend Julie Couillard had romantic links with members of the Hells Angels, predating their relationship.[30] Although Prime Minister Stephen Harper initially dismissed this as irrelevant, he later accepted Bernier's resignation when a former girlfriend revealed after he broke off their relationship that Bernier had left classified and sensitive briefing notes for an upcoming NATO meeting at her home.[31] International Trade Minister David Emerson became the interim minister of Foreign Affairs following Bernier's resignation, and in June became his permanent replacement.[32][33]

George W. Bush and Dick Cheney should be rotting in prison right now for having comitted crimes against humanity and being directly responsible for the deaths and mutilations of hundreds of thousands of innocents.

But instead they're at home having a few beers and playing with their grandkids. Shame on them!

    Shame. Shame. Shame.

    Cheers,
Interesting theory, but Obama is pulling these strings by protecting Clinton from prosecution. He has a reckless disregard of the law when it is not in his interests. Plus, I bet the Clintons have dirt on Obama.

Trump is not a strong candidate for the Republicans because he's inarticulate. Hillary Clinton is not very articulate either and she is damaged goods. Trump to his credit has been able to illustrate the Radical Islamic threat of terrorism to the Western world while Obama and Clinton have placated this threat.

As far as the illegal immigration situation, the problem has long been an antiquated Immigration process. He's been able to highlight the problem, but his solutions are unclear.

But I started this thread not to debate Clinton and Trump but to display the Corruption of this witch. But your theory is interesting.

State Dept reopens Clinton Email Probe while DOJ closes it ...

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/apnewsbre...-politics.html

WASHINGTON (AP) — The State Department is reopening an internal investigation of possible mishandling of classified information by Hillary Clinton and top aides, officials told The Associated Press on Thursday.

Although the former secretary of state's closest confidants have left the agency, they could still face punishment. The most serious is the loss of security clearances, which could complicate her aides' hopes of securing top positions on her national security team if she becomes president.

The State Department started its review in January after declaring 22 emails from Clinton's private server to be "top secret." It was suspended in April so as not to interfere with the FBI's inquiry. State Department spokesman John Kirby said the probe is restarting after the Justice Department's announcement Wednesday that it won't bring any criminal charges.

"We will aim to be as expeditious as possible, but we will not put artificial deadlines on the process," Kirby said. "Our goal will be to be as transparent as possible about our results, while complying with our various legal obligations."

Kirby wouldn't say anything more about the precise information officials are evaluating. But when the probe was launched almost six months ago, officials said it pertained particularly to a set of emails that were upgraded to one of the nation's highest classification levels. One question they said they were investigating was whether any of the emails were classified at the time of transmission.

Additionally Thursday, Republican lawmakers said they would now ask the FBI to investigate whether Clinton lied to the committee. That announcement came in a testy hearing with FBI Director James Comey, who defended the government's decision not to prosecute Clinton over her private email setup.

Clinton was secretary of state until early 2013. Most of her top advisers left shortly thereafter.

But Kirby said this week former officials can still face punishment. Options range from counseling and warnings to the revocation of an individual's security clearance.

Beyond the Democratic front-runner, the probe is will most likely examine confidants Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan and Huma Abedin — who wrote many of the emails to their boss that the various investigations have focused on. Mills, Clinton's chief of staff at the State Department, has been viewed as a possibility for the same job in the White House. There is speculation that Sullivan, Clinton's former policy chief, could be national security adviser.

"There could be repercussions," Kirby told reporters Wednesday, saying infractions identified would be kept on file. If someone's security clearance is taken away, he said it would have an effect "assuming that individual still needed the clearance to work in another federal agency or something like that."

The State Department says it won't identify former officials that still hold security clearances. But in an email Fox News made public earlier this year, the department described Mills as still holding a valid clearance.

The Democrats will never go along with an impeachment no matter what she does. Bill Clinton, if you remember, was charged with perjury before a real court when he denied his involvement with Monica Lewinsky. It wasn't the blow job that got Bill Clinton impeached by the Congress, but his lying in a real Court of law about the blow job. The Senate failed to convict him.

They need 60 votes to convict an impeachment in the Senate. All of the Democrats voted not to Convict. A couple of Republican voted No also. One of those Republicans was the Dishonorable and Turncoat Arlen Spector, who was a horrible and arrogant Senator from Pennsylvania.

Also, remember that ex-IRS Chief Lois Lerner was found to lie before Congress and the DOJ would not prosecute and Congress has limited powers to prosecute her. Also, Eric Holder was held in Contempt but Obama has never appointed a Special Prosecutor in either case. It's probably in some folder.

We're dealing with a rogue Administration. BTW, The criminal offense of "contempt of Congress" sets the penalty at not less than one month nor more than twelve months in jail and a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.[11]

For those who are still tethered to reality...

Lincoln Chaffetz: "Did Hillary Clinton lie?"
James Comey: "To the FBI? We have no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI"
Jason Chaffetz: "Did Clinton lie under oath?"
James Comey: "Not to the FBI. Not in a case we were working"
MATT CARTWRIGHT: You were asked about markings on a few documents, I have the manual here, marking national classified security information. And I don't think you were given a full chance to talk about those three documents with the little c's on them. Were they properly documented? Were they properly marked according to the manual?
    JAMES COMEY: No. [...]
MATT CARTWRIGHT: According to the manual, if you're going to classify something, there has to be a header on the document? Right?
    JAMES COMEY: Correct.
MATT CARTWRIGHT: Was there a header on the three documents that we've discussed today that had the little c in the text someplace?
JAMES COMEY: No. There were three e-mails, the c was in the body, in the text, but there was no header on the email or in the text.
MATT CARTWRIGHT: So if Secretary Clinton really were an expert about what's classified and what's not classified and we're following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified. Am I correct in that?
JAMES COMEY: That would be a reasonable inference.
this should turn out about as well as the Benghazi hearings for Republicans... Another trumped up nothingburger of a scandal whose sole purpose is to score political points and smear Hillary Clinton. Chaffetz, Gowdy, and Issa are all drivers of the clown car who themselves revealed classified information live on CSpan while pursuing the Benghazi investigation. If anyone should not be allowed around state secrets it should be those three morons...

    And speaking of Trump...

...Trump was asked pointedly if he would defend Article I of the Constitution.

"Not only will I stand up for Article One," Trump enthusiastically stated, "I'll stand up for Article Two, Article 12, you name it of the Constitution."
Too bad there are only 7 articles to the Constitution... it would be funny if it weren't so sad...
There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.
