Exclamation NYT: Low fat diet does not cut health risk

I saw this on the New York Times website tonight (http://www.nytimes.com/):

The largest study ever to ask whether a low-fat diet reduces the risk of getting cancer or heart disease has found that the diet has no effect.

Apparently, this is the "Rolls-Royce" of all studies!

If you gorge on health food, it's still unhealthy.

Moderation and portion control is the key.

You can actually eat many of your favorite foods; just don't eat multiple servings of it.

AutumnHaze>>> Look at your family and you will have a good idea if your eating habits will catch up with you.

Moderation, and above all, weight control. The mortality rate for middle age adults skyrockets with increasing weight...and according to most studies I've read, obesity will soon top smoking as America's leading cause of preventable deaths.
