    Angelique kerber

BRAVO TO ANGELIQUE KERBER....the new number ONE of the WTA and winner of the US OPEN. Great year , great performance, great achievement and great girl.....pretty nice looking also. I like her and the way she plays the game....toujours très rapide , couvre bien le terrain and hits the ball avec une précision chirurgicale rarement vue. Wishe her the best for the years to come.

So much agree with you. I found her absolutely amazing and beautiful. She is the oldest player ever to reach world number 1. Hey Eugenie, look what another beautiful blond lady tennis player can acheive when they put their act together

I hope we will get a chance to watch Angelique in many many finals as she is a gem of a tennis player.

    Cheers,

It seemed like Serena is having a harder time recovering after matches. She is at an age where tennis players like other athletes at that age need rest and recovery time to remain fresh. There are a bunch of players that are knocking hard on the door of being the top ranked player including Kerber. Serena is probably good for 1 or maybe 2 more titles but I think she peaked as a professional last year. She was definitely the best player of her generation although Venus was also an amazing player before she developed the autoimmune disorder that slowed her down. I remember seeing Venus win in New Haven in 2000/2001 and she was just unbelievable at that time.

How do you know Ms Bouchard doesn't work hard? Are you involved in her training program?
