I guess people like to swear and yes we are not that stuck up with censoring shit up here.
Religion is all but gone in Québec culture, some still go to Christmas mass but that is the only time of year. So swearing with Tabarnak or criss(Christ) or whatever will not offend anybody if you hit your dick on the edge of the bed table.
But I still try not to say those words in front of my Grand Mother.

So how do you say Happy St. Valentine's day to a girl in Quebecoise French?

I looked up and obtained:

Joyeuse Saint Valentin !
Bonne Saint Valentin !

Any differences, but from the Quebec perspective?

Joyeuse seem sweeter to me and more polite. Bonne is more the typique quebec way but seem more direct. Its the same for anniversary. I would say BONNE FÊTE to a buddy, but i would say Joyeux Anniversaire to a lady friend or to a work boss or something like that.

Thats actually how i see it, maybe others see it different.

I've used the same slow pause, but between each syllable, with much safer words in a low strong voice, as in...ma-gni-fique...(heavier and louder) VRAI-MENT! ...(low and strong again) ma-gni-fique ma chérie. Result, great action.
