i use to not get it done regulrly for 2 raisons since back in the days of private lies, jasmine (lily love), betterhalf, eleganza, etc. the test for men was uncomfortabel to say the lest. the other raisons being that my doctor didt no abut my hobying & mensiond it wasnt necessary to do it as ofen as i askd. back in those days the test was a 'q-tip' test were doctor inserts something like a metal q-tip with a small swab inside u, waits mabe 30 seconds or so and pulls it out to use as a cultur sampel.
now it is a lot easier & less uncomforabel wear they do it with a simpel blood test wich you just ask the doctor for the prelevement to specify the sti tests at the same time that they take sampel for cholestral, glucos, blood sugar, etc..
for me i get testd once a year unless i have raisons to go more ofen like symptons. so far i have been lucky all so. only thing i ever got was a urinary tract infection once & i reduce this now by peeing shorly at end of meeting.
