Kodi experiences ?? (be mindful of what you say for legality sake)

I use kodi on my amazon fire tv stick. It was really easy to set up. I just looked it up on YouTube. Every once in a while I'll have the annoying buffering problem but other than that works great.

KODI, free open source software,,,has many advantages and if you don't know what you are doing many frustrating moments. Overall this is the soft of the future, content is not the problem, legal issues are when you view certain streams. You need some good internet speed if you want to enjoy what you watch or buffering becomes the norm. Suggest you look up "kodi" on google or your favorite search engine. Youtube has a good number of videos for the newcomer... the world opens up literally with this piece of marvel but you have to invest some time to find what you want and get it connected.

I think Kodi porn is illegal.

I watch Last Week Tonight every Sunday night on Kodi. I love Kodi.

Not all streams on Kodi is illegal. For someone that doesn't have cable TV and watch youtube and netflix most of the time, Kodi can be useful for some news action too. For example, CBS has a live stream that isn't illegal.

I have no problems with kodi, spend some time with kodi and your tv and all will be clear.

I've gotten a kodi loaded unit off amzn and it worked out of the box and still does (yes buffering issues occur sometime).
My question is about the "apps" that come in it like "SHOEBOX" and the 'updates' that it says it has for the app, i'm not a techie and fear if i 'upgrade' the app, there may other things I also have to update like the android os version, but i dont know if that's the case.

is updating 'apps' generally safe in that things will continue to work w/o having a techie get involved?

There is alway a risk updating an app. I lost Facebook in one of my Android device after updating and even after removing the app I couldn't reinstall it. Reading to find a solution I realised lot of people had the same issue. My advice, wait before updating and try to know if others had problem before updating. Why try to fix something wich is not broken?

How much does Kodi cost, and are there other similar items on the Market ?

J utilise kodi depuis plusieurs années et c'est super le fun. J'ai un amazon tv fire stick qui diffuse en 1080. Je ne suggère pas aux gens de payer pour les boxs tout monté car souvent après quelques jours certains addons ne fonctionne pas. Je vous suggère de monter votre box avec vos préférences et choisir une bonne box car souvent j'ai essayé des box android qui surchauffait . Sur kodi on peut regarder l'ensemble des chaînes à travers le monde que ce soit de la porn , du sport ou des films ainsi que des émissions pour
enfants.

À mon niveau afin de ne pas avoir de trouble je ne stream pas la télé québécoise . De plus certain utilise un VPN pour masquer leur ip.
