Not exactly sure what your point is with this statement. If a person is spewing hate speech about someone, I'm not shedding one tear if he ends up being arrested for it.
My point is having a hate speech law only for certain groups, if you have a hate speech law it should be for everything. Why make a law for Islam or Transgenders and leave out every other group.
If they make two laws for these two groups would it be OK to throw slurs at Jews and Chinese, fat people or ones with glasses...

Look, it's like ssj124 says, during early development sexuality of the embryo is not expressed. The neutral state is female. I'm not talking about chromosomes! if an embryo is XY it's going to be a biological boy, XX a Girl. That is obvious to everybody.

C'est pas ma compréhension du problème , en fait c'était obligatoire de venir en aide à quelqu'un en difficulté. Avec tous les actions en justice faites contre les personnes qui sont venu en leur aide, les "lawmakers" ont invalider cette loi.
