Portable Navigation System?

Hi Folks,

With this and other Boards, we often get a phone number and sometimes an address with the Review. I think it would be great if one could find out right away where to go in case a "hot" review was noted.

This Board has map locations for many visited MP/SP/SC venues. However, some newer sites may take time before it can be added. Does anyone have a portable navigation system in your vehicle? If so, could you review your experience and share the price with us?

Apparently you could punch in an address (and store it if you dare) and, via internal gps, it will show you how to get there from where you are currently. Portable ones can be removed from vehicles (to prevent accidental viewing by SO). Imagine that plus a cell phone (and/or a laptop with wireless capabilities), you could be a sex road warrior!

Thanks for the tip. Will it allow you to see where you are vis a vis where you want to go in cities that you are not familiar with necessarily?
