The porn scene in europe is very different than the american one. I am not surprised to say the least of what he experienced. Jackie et Michele does not feel ultra glamorous to say the least. Then you have Woodman wich always dominate every performer he sleep with, usually including slaps, verbal abuse and more.

Also exept a few big names, France is not really known for its pornography. I doubt he would see the same type of behavior on American sets. Not saying it can't happen, but american actresses in mainstream porn are "bigger" in general and can manage much more to control what they do. I know there is a tons of shady smaller companies as well but call me dellusional but i think if your going to work in a domain, you should do your research and not just trust your agent. For instance if your agent tell you that you gonna work for "facial abuse" , googling the name will take you 2 secs to see what type of stuff they do and realize you probably don't want to do that lol.
