So he his now head of his party and the country.

Are we looking at a catastrophic no deal Brexit or he will have no choice to sacrifice in order to reach a settlement?

Both he and Trump seems to like each other. They do share as being arrogant and bully. But really something tells they actually despised each other in private... Too much ego...

They do share one thing in common as they both have such an ugly thing on their head they call hair. But at least Boris has credible hair.

Boris Johnson must be pissing his pants right now. He managed to pass the poisoned chalice aka UK Prime Minister post to foolish Theresa May the last time but it seems to have bounced right back at him.

Brexit was an insane move from the start, things are now so bad for the UK that the euroskeptics in France & Italy have discarded their anti-EU positions & are rebranding as reformers.

As for the Boris & Trump bromance, the UK is about to learn first-hand that Trump’s US is no longer a reliable ally even if both their leaders go to the same hairstylist.

Just last week, Iran seized a UK ship in retaliation for the UK’s role in confiscating an Iranian ship on behalf of the US. Trump’s reaction - “Well, it’s a UK, not US ship so we’ll see .....”

I like Boris too. He is whip-smart, classically educated, fluent in a number of languages and is good at writing obscene limericks to boot. I wish him best of luck concluding Brexit and demolishing Corbyn.

I talked to a lots of Brits in the past year. They say it was all about controlling their borders..

Main reason they told me==>

They they did not want Eastern Europeans/refugees from other EU nations working in the UK (There are lots of them..including escorts).

Not sure if it true since UK and Ireland opted out of the Shengen zone (visa-free) when they joined.

That was the story that politicians like Boris Johnson told the sheep ..... I mean voters when they were promoting Brexit.

Problem is that the UK needs these low wage East European waiters, housekeepers, nurses, farm workers and especially escorts - even an average Montreal GND is a goddess compared to UK women.

In return for being part of the EU, a UK citizen could also live, work & fuck freely in any part of the EU - Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris, Prague, Rome.

Furthermore, the UK needs continued open access to EU markets much more than the EU needs the UK. After Brexit, the EU will still demand free movement of people in return for open access to its markets. There is no other deal that the EU will accept despite all that rubbish talk from Boris.

Even in the best case scenario of an orderly Brexit, the UK will still have to maintain open borders with the EU. So all the obligations of an EU member but no power to influence the EU. In addition, Scotland is pro-EU so they will push for independence again. Also, Spain will want Gibraltar back. On top of all this, the UK still has to pay the EU a US$50 Billion divorce fee.

Thanks a lot for all this crap, Boris

When getting grilled on Brexit by the media, does he say “Let’s talk about my NYC girlfriend in her Hooters outfit”.

Yes.
No one particularly cares about that, but it is salacious and will keep people distracted from him saying things like riots will happen if he doesn't get his Brexit.

(Similar to Trump threatening civil war, the media will just skate past it because they don't want to think about it )

Some?
Getting a deal with the EU is progress from where he was, but May had a deal with the EU as well. Can he get his own people to support it? The Irish solution seems like it is actually a new approach but I have no idea if it will fly.

Maybe it is just relief that Corbyn (a real vermin, even by the usual politicians' standard) is safely out of the picture.

It’s official. The UK has left the EU.

And the Brits did the right thing!

As I predicted back in 1999, the Brits ditched the EURO and kept the Pound Sterling...A genius move!

The Brits were never going to give up their currency and independence for a bunch of fiscally irresponsible countries within the EU Zone!

They saw all the sheeps following the EU movement by country mile...Well done Britain!

All was done was make the divorce official. So far nothing has changed. Fuck all.

Starting tomorrow the UK has 1 year to deal with what will changes.

I can speak from experience. When you decide to divorce is when the shit hits the fan. Because it's then that you need to start to negotiate. And the one who leaves rarely has the edge.

Cheers,
