I think Trump had built up quite a solid reputation also of being a prime scumbag all through his real estate career with not paying his contractors and offering pennies on the dollar.
I think they are both worthy competitors and could be inducted into the hall of fame of scumbag politicians along with all the rest.

Trump made his bones in the cutthroat world of Manhattan real estate, so no doubt he cut corners here and there. But at least he built a few buildings or fixed the skating rink in Central Park. Nothing like the Clintons' career who had never done anything beyond selling their last name.

Now we are just trying to prove who is more corrupt.
Ok the Clintons are the winners, good news is my candidate in all likelihood will have 5 more years to catch up, I think his chances are good I have faith in him.

Even though the Congressional House Democrats know that the Republican Senate will never convict Trump because of political calculus, they feel they must stand up for the Constitution and therefore voted to impeach him. It's not an empty gesture. To stand silently by while this President shreds the Constitution is to violate the oath of office they are swore to uphold.
Very few openly opposed the Iraq war Bush and Cheney started. But the few that did can hold their heads high, and now most Americans consider it to have been a huge mistake or worse.
