Please help: doing an SP in front of my GF

A couple of questions

Last time on our visit to Toronto, I tried to get a SP by emailing quite a few agencies. Since my girlfriend was with me but did not want to participate but only watch, the agencies were charging me twice the rate. Is this the same way in Montreal? Can I not have a SP come to the room for their standard rate while my gf watches? I think it is ridiculous to have to pay for her to watch!!
Also, I will be staying in a duplex in Downtown; would it be appropriate to have a SP there?

Incase I have no choice to pay for the standard rate, what should I be looking for for a couple?

What is the rate for couples in Montreal? Nothing listed on any website. Also, staying in the duplex, it is ok to have a sp come there?

The couples fee is just for the fact that there is another female human in your home or hotel room. What that other female human does or doesn't do with the SP is irrelevant.

I know it doesn't seem fair if your wife or gf just watches, but that's just the way it is.
