Considering dealing with human beings, I don't see how any decent agency should worry about this. Anywhere people meet there about to be personal "reactions" between them, naturally. I do remember how an agency owner allegedly called for SPs and tried to recruit them away from her current agency. But trying to stop an exchange of phone numbers to prevent this sort of thing is probably futile and useless. Besides it is probably too rare to be a real problem. I am not surprised to see that the owners of XXXTASE and Satin Dreams are being realistic about what may happen between ladies and a client. Good agencies will keep their ladies and should not worry about such issues.

It shouldn't make a difference

I often got numbers from clients while working at an agency, and though I personally would not have seen them outside the agency as clients, a few are friends, even to this day. The girls that use this method to try to drum up indy business will quickly find out that being on your own has many drawbacks and requires 10 times more effort than working with an agency.
