Hold your horses gents. There has been many tv reports about this in the last 5 years. We are still very far from any legislation that would affect us. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. In Québec, what goes on behind closed doors is not bothersome for our political leaders. We saw a glimpse of that expressed through the legalization of places like ''l'Orage'' etc....

Have a good one...

I dont know about you guys, I tip $100 and never get any extras... Oh, by the way, do they have cameras in the room. I dont imagine there is any "hard" evidence, so I guess I get fined for being found in the wrong place at the wrong time.... my bad luck. I am sure my wife will understand.

Juliana, you don't require cable to watch this. Just tune your television to channel 12 at 6 pm on Thursday.

To be precise, you should have written:

She won't go with a guy who can't spell... sorry. ;)

What Happens if your BUSTED

HAAAAAAAAllo gents

Be nice to law inforcement ,don t be sarcastic, they will take a picture of you, and usually give you a court date right away, or ask them to send the info at your lawers address , get a decent lawyer but don t go crazy ,wath will happen is the lawyer will plead bargain with the procecution lawyer and usualy at 99 % of the time get a suspended sentance and you must give approx. $500 to a organization ,the worst part of the sentance is all the stress you go through not knowing if your wife will find out or dought something is wrong. Not to worry about all this media it is only information that they want to give the public, unfortunately the problem that will a-rise is not with the MP parlors but the masseuse that make so much money and don t pay any incometax. Legit massage parlors as Isis ,Kama, Adagio, Babi-o-spa, Salon D or ,and a couple of other big ones that pay there provincial and federal taxes have nothing to worry about, because they are straight with the gvernment. So for all of you that are woried this is what happened to me.

Take care gents

Sorry for the misunderstanding what I did mean was that all charges were droped, and by the way Laura B why would you even think of puting it in a dedutable incomtax, pay your lawyer cash and make sure no one in your family finds out especially your WIFE!!!!!!!!!!!, The charges you are brought up to are SOLICITATION, and ETRE PRESANT DANS UNE MAISON DE DEBOCHE, now if you want the # of articles ask your lawyer as for myself I don t realy care , all I wanted was to get off the hook without any record and without any one knowing.

There was an investigative report on massage parlors last year in the Gazette I believe, and nothing was changed to the massage scene.I guess CTV wants to push their ratings a bit higher. They are already very low.Massage parlors serve a great purpose and we all know what that is.A man needs a place to go for relaxation and some release from the every day stress of his work, marriage, the bitch, kids, and etc,any reason will do.So I'll be watching tomorrow night's news with my girlfriend and saying"My Goodness, that's sick, terrible, how can people do that sort of thing,I didn't know that sort of thing went on in Montreal."

Sweeps Time

The topic comes from the Bag of November Sweeps Stunts as proposed by such noted media consultants as Wayne Dayton, Frank Magid, etc. There will be comparable stories on hookers, strippers, masseuses, transvestites, cross-dressers, etc., prepared and aired according to script by other stations that subscribe to the philosophical branding and positioning consultancies of these industry gurus....you don't think that Mike Piperni at CTV Montreal conjured up this idea by being a MERB lurker, did you?

What you will NOT see on CTV during November is a report on how many anchormen have walked on Savvy Street (to use the Ted Tevan term) with a junior reporter 30+ years younger...one such TelePrompTer reader even having made his entrance through the Gates of Eternal Bliss thanks to cardiac arrest while in the act, albeit after his CTV tenure and while in the employ of the Mother Corp.

Exactly! These media wretches are hypocrites comparable in scale to Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker (or any number of politicians you could name). The character of Ted Baxter in the old Mary Tyler Moore Show was a realistic portrayal of the intelligence level of these "news readers". (In quotation marks because half the time the "news" is either erroneously reported because of the laziness of the researchers and the stupidity of the on-camera faces or just concocted out of nothing for the sake of ratings). As big a joke as broadcast journalists are, the CTV gang is by and large the bottom of the barrel. Just check out the fake look of deep concern on Mitsumi's face (or even on Arbec's, as she mispronounces or misreads something for the nine millionth time).

Has anyone here ever been in a MP when it was raided? If so, what happened?

The same rules apply for any arrest, whether you're a client or a worker:

1- Say absolutely nothing to the police except your name. Do not give any explanations. Do not answer any questions. Do not under any circumstance try to talk your way out of it. Just keep repeating that you want to talk to your lawyer.

2- Do not offer any physical resistance whatsoever.

3- As soon as you get home, write as many detailed notes as you can regarding what happened exactly. Date and time them.

4- Call the best lawyer you can afford.

Just don't let her find your "frequent visitor card."
Remember one thing guys. If your in a mp and your asked for the tip before the massage, your in trouble, especially if she has a badge on.

Lawyers

Hey all,

I have never had any need whatsoever for a lawyer so wouldn't even know where to look. There seem to be a few well-informed gentlemen giving their input on this and I've learned stuff already...I'm the type who would just babble and spill my guts on the spot!...if any of you are (or know of) a lawyer that is versed in this stuff, PM me so I at least have a contact if this ever happens to me.

Thanks!
