Similar board for USA, Virginia area?

There's lots of review boards & advertising venues online in every major city in the US. But there's never any level of discussion or truthful fact-sharing like you see here.

And the one main reason why it's that way is important to keep in mind : the attitude of the general public and LE specifically is no where near as open-minded as it is in Quebec!

Fishing for something blindly on US websites could get you in trouble. It's better to get a personal recommendation from someone so you know who you're dealing with and vice versa.

Don't.

Even strip clubs in Virginia are pasties only. No lap dances, no touching, no sitting within 6 feet of the stage. About the only thing I would recommend in Virginia are the Hooters restaurants.

No radar detectors either.

The only lenient laws in Virginia are if you want to buy a gun!

Save your bread for Montreal.

But local talent is rare and very expensive. The further you are away from Washington, DC the more difficult it becomes.
