These are staged events. Did anyone REALLY think that these were real?

For legal reasons, the models are aware either that they are being filmed or that they have been filmed. It is a legal requirement to be able to identify all models with a proper model release and proof of age in line with USC 18 section 2256 and 2257 of the US criminal code. The person who shoots the images has to be able to prove (with ID and all) that the model was 18. The model release allows the use of the models image in return for payment (cash or otherwise, a big load of goo can't be considered payment!).

A good part of reality porn sites out there are "real" in that the model knew that there was something going on, but wasn't prepared for what happened, or the person was just picked up, filmed, and then talked into (ie paid) to sign the model release and such after the fact.
