In a house, on a street, duh.

We all know that agencies are pretty much tolerated here (I've heard of some SPs at agencies getting popped from time to time), street walkers get hassled to move from place to place, and in-call places get le descent every once in a while with pictures in Allo Police of embarrassed johns trying to hide their faces.

But what about elsewhere?

TSG always has some great pictures of FS dancers and prossies - they all seem to get busted in texas or other backwater places like that; most American cities I've visited have a comprehensive listing of agencies in the Yellow pages, online and in the free alternative weeklies.

Is there a comparison chart of how much trouble you can get into if you are busted, and how frequent police actions are?

Comes down to a simple factor - whether the individual client cares or not about getting busted.Beyond that you would have to factor in the conviction rate for clients and providers.Talking across the board from street scene to HDH,strip clubs, massage, etc.

Having travelled extensively in the USA, the major difference is that in the USA crime becomes a political issue every election.Since alot of the officials ( sherriffs, judges, prosecutors, etc) involved are elected a few busts are always good for the image which translates into votes. In Canada the same officials are not elected so it rarely becomes a political issue.

Bottom line: Don't hobby in the USA.

In Canada, you face much less risk, but there is still some, especially with the incalls and MPs. And like in the USA, you could be used against an agency being nailed for living off the avails, as unlikely that is to occur.

If you want to be totally safe with zero risk, you may want to take operations to some European countries or Australia.

The above are the two sections of Canadian Law dealing with sexual offences, and "common bawdy houses"

As you can see, prostitution in and of itself is not against the law. Soliciting is against the law. Incalls are against the law. Living off the avails is against the law. So boys remember it is not what you do but how you do it!
