J.P,
The combo that Videotron offers (high speed Internet + IP Phone + TV)
is quite interesting to me. Check their web site http://www.videotron.ca

PS: I do not know about Bell since I lost any interest in them since a long time so I did not bother check their last package deals, but who knows...they might have interesting packages as well.

IF you happen to be a user of torrent for downloading files, make sure that the provider you choose isn't capping your torrent download speeds. Both Bell and Videotron are capping the download speed during peek hours and it's pointless to pay for high speed access when you aren't able to use it at full speed. There is a new provider that I am currently considering http://www.gosansfil.com/ that has a 24mbps connection for 44.95 a month, modem included, with no cap on the speed and unlimited downloads. Might be worth looking into for anyone who does a lot of downloading.

I was reading all the details on their web site, and True...for High Speed Internet without limitations, this is a great deal.
Thanks for this recommendation Techman.

If it helps, what I've seen in the States is that the caveat with the bundles is that the low price only lasts for so long, say 6-12 months. After that, you can either cancel, or be susceptible to whatever rate increases your provider dreams up.
