I am not sure when exactly it happened. I couldn't tell you if either party, client or provider, is essentially guilty of actually doing something to complicate the goal of customer satisfaction. Is this not the intended achievement of pretty much any service based industry. So I ask you, when did this hobby become about the girls and not the client? Is this not the hobby of the clients, and the pursuit to satisfy these clients?

This term, customer satisfaction, so many just throw around is ultimately a businees term measuring how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectations. A monetary amount is promised, and delivered, where as customer satisfaction is promised, but more often then we think, is not delivered. Where did the gap in this simple equation of promised satisfaction and promised payment grow so far from each other?

Toronto has taken strides in improving this aspect of the hobby. Companies build strong loyal relationships with clients, and follow it up with the girls understanding this concept and its rewards. When is Montreal going to start improving customer service? When are the girls going to represent their agencies like the owner would if they were in the call themselves? When is Montreal going to give a fuck? Customer satisfaction, that is your focus, not the money.

Come on guys, let's hear it...

Now keep in mind, this is a rather lengthy discussion and I am in rush to go. But there is alot I want to add to this. So please I would appreciate if providers responded as well. Now, all of what I said is based upon the assumption that the guy has treated you with respect and all that. I know I do. If he hasn't then take him for everything you can. But here I am refering to the nice guys, and come on let's not be naive, sometimes it is the nice ones you ladies prey on. Customer satisfaction = money. If the guy is happy you almot always get paid. If client is pissed you still get pissed, but say good bye to repeats, referals, and just over all business transaction ettiquette. Make me happy, I make you happy. Make us want to pay instead of have to pay. Simple as that.

You know, I'm from Quebec city and a little far away from the scene.

Still, I'm on the indy's side of the business because when I'm thinking of my past experiences with agencies, it's meaningless or ''n'importe quoi'' in french. I've met SP who are OKs, even very good but I would not go as far as a second call.

At least, Indies care about second and third calls so they give their best, wich is not the case in agencies.

I'd like to add that money is not the matter. The price you pay as not much to do with the service you receive.
