    I'm going to use myself as a guinea pig

    well

    i've done a lot of reading (phd//md articles not those stupid popup websites)

    I'm going to try two things and document my results throughout each week.

    1. Zinc supplementation - 15 mg a day

    2. PC muscle exercises - 2 times a week

    #1 is supposed to increase ejaculate. Well, we'll see. I don't expect instantaneous results but supposedly i will see some increased effect.

    #2. Multiple orgasms, stronger erections, sometimes pre-mature ejaculation (not a problem since it takes me ~1 hours now and I want to decrease that time)

    hopefully my self experimentation will be of some help to this board on what works//does not work

    and that was when i purposely stayed abstinent for like 2 weeks

    Each ejaculate on average releases a lot of minerals and nutrients and ~5 mg zinc on average.

    Supposedly, supplementing results in a faster recovery time, larger load, and consequently a much better feeling since you are holding//releasing a lot more

    update:

    do not ever take l-arginine

    that stuff raw tastes like concentrated rotten eggs.

    tried taking 100 mg couple minutes ago..

    Did you heard of TAURINE it's included in some energy drinks outhere. It might also help to increase in your diet some more peanut butter, almonds, yogourt and or other type of diary product. But nuts is itself ironically one of the best ways to increase what it is your looking forward.

    I already have a pretty solid diet. (4000 calories, 40% carbs/40% protein/20% fat)

    I'm not going to experiment with Taurine since it is relatively novel. It's an amino acid without the carboxyl group, not much research has been done on it dosage and effects wise.

    Most of the things you hear about it are just marketing fads and I'd rather stick with the well researched AA's like glutamine or arginine.

    Experimenting with this stuff could possibly lead to renal complications and even failure since most people don't know what they are doing

    according to some guy on another forum, fruits make your semen taste sweet. meats make it taste buttery and fish makes it taste awful.
    I'm not going to test that theory but any of you are welcome to lol.

    Btw I didn't know peter north was a canadian, but maybe i'll meet him someday

    My first *test* will be tomorrow as I will be doing this in week intervals. (Yes, it sucks to do it once a week)

    I am not going to be using a beaker or any scientific things for measurements, LOL, but I can definitely tell you if there is a huge change, a minor change, or no change at all.

    test #1 done.

    stayed abstinent for 1 week
    notable changes:

    the feeling i got was much more intense
    ejaculate volume stayed the same per shot, however during climax i shot around 5 consecutive TIMES!!!! as opposed to the usual 2-3

    Also note: the ejaculate was much much more whiter this time and it felt a lot better

    possible factors for change: well i usually never stayed abstinent this long so that might be the huge factor, next time we will see if it is. The first trial of this test proved to be very very satisfying .

    the reason i chose 7 days of abstinence is that phd studies have shown that on the 7th day of abstinence, testosterone skyrockets 50% and after the 7th day, it usually declines.

    I may also comment that erections were very very durable and rock hard, possible reasons might include less stress this week.

    I just discovered this thread and you just gained a regular reader. I am also interested (most probably not the only one, but I speak for myself) in increasing the size of my loads and tried a couple of things already, without much success.

    I'm happy to see that someone is taking things more seriously than I did and doing it rigorously. Hopefully, I'll get a few tricks form this.

    This experiment is not only performed for the sexual benefits but also physical.

    So far it has been 2 weeks. I'm not going to go super-scientific and measure ml of semen in a beaker or the vascular pressure in my penis lol.

    all observations are empirical.

    So far, i can conclude this much.

    Zinc (daily 15 mg dosage)

    short term- gritty taste in mouth
    long term- some difference in ejaculate. Feeling during climax improves much more and the semen is much thicker//whiter.

    L-Arginine (100 mg each dosage)

    Short term- I feel like the hulk. My heart rate shoots up from 70 to ~90!! Increased gym performance and durability. Theoretically, this might be equivalent to more durable erections (not really a problem for me)

    long term- over the span of 2 weeks this has greatly helped muscle synthesis and i already gained ~2.5 lbs of muscle. Also, there is a little notable difference in erections.


    When you are reading this, keep in mind of the health hazards. The FDA reccomends 15 mg daily dosage of zinc so I acted according to that standard.

    L-Arginine is relatively new and since everyone's dosage and reaction is different, i would not reccomend experimenting with any amino acids. However, if you choose to, start with a very small dosage and see if there are any notable effects; work your way up slowly.

    Supposidly all of these benefits are obtained through a healthy diet. I am supplementing for sports//physique and I also wanted to take note of any effects on my personal libido.

    Keep it up... So to speak... LOL I would imagine that using a means to measure would be better at keeping track on whether or not the experiment bears fruit... Hehhe :P Anyhow I am also interested in reading about your results though. Thanks for posting!

    You might want to take some thing containing Amino Acids; I suggest going to a bodybuilding supplement shop and buying a large ~100 capsule container of an amino acid mix or you could just take alot of "L-Arginine". In either case, make sure you take the amount specified on the bottle. As for Zinc, take a 50mg so that your body has an excess amount.

    ZMA works for me

    ZMA supplements (contains zinc also) really does the trick for me.

    I found out it works best when you don't take it all the time.

    You need to take it at night 1 hour before sleeping, and on empty stomach.

    I usually get horny the morning later. If I wait 2 days then my load will increase by 2x.

    I have also noticed that I grow more muscle during the time I take ZMA.

    Furthermore I should say that the difference I feel with ZMA is easily noticable. It's not a placebo effect as many other supplements.
