I think if porn has any effect at all it would be to increase interest in the hobby. Especially here in Montreal where Crescent St, downtown in general actually, on a Saturday night is filled with young ladies who look like they are ready to either jump into a porn film or have just walked out of one. For older men, like myself, it gives us a taste to have the experience of a hot younger companion.

For younger guys...well they really don't need any incentives do they? And besides, they should be out there on Crescent picking up the young hotties in the bars instead of paying for it anyways. But maybe it gives the less experienced ones some ideas of what to try when they do get one of these ladies alone.

All considered, the porn industry has affected all of us, from what we think we should get to the requests and expectations the SP has to deal with. It sure has affected me. The range of things I might have tried with an SP and what was perceived as acceptable in my mind has expanded...up to a point. However, I have not been one of those who has mistakenly expanded the definition of GFE based on porn movies. For some it seems that they are so used to accepting what they view in those films as normal that they now see all or most of the movie acts as standard fare for SP services. In many posts on the definition of GFE many seem unable or unwilling to distinguish what they see in porn films from what they should expect from an SP encounter. Then they may also decry being asked to pay extra money if an SP is willing to perform those acts. They forget that pornstars get paid based on acts they agree to perform. Well, we can all try to get what we want, but that doesn't certain acts are part of normal expectations. Maybe there is no harm in asking. But clients should realize the porn world and the SP world are not the same, and just because you desire it doesn't make it "standard".
