1) how does tipping work? if it's 360 for 2 hours...am i supposed to give 400 or something?

3) is it rude to offer a beer to an SP? i see a lot of people posting about offering wine. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I do enjoy an ice cold beer once in a while.

Most clients tip. But it's not based on any percentage. I have given $20 whether it was one hour or two. I have also often given more. The difference usually depends on the quality of the service. Sometimes I give more depending on whether she is a lady from a mid-level agency, a high-level agency or a respected independent. It all depends on what you feel comfortable with. But no lady ever asked me for a tip, and never sulked or complained if I didn't give them one...which was very rare.

Aside from alcohol I don't do drugs and don't like ladies who use them. Frankly, any lady who came in and used drugs of any sort would have me wondering what esle they did so freely and would be leaving quickly. But, if that is your choice to enjoy some pot, I would just ask her. To just do it might risk a bad reaction from some SPs. I don't think most would care.

There's nothing wrong with offering a lady any drink you may chose. That's their decision. Just don't pressure anyone who may be reluctant...that could make them nervous about who you are. For whatever reason, some just prefer water. Also, being drunk from the start of the meeting is a bid no-no with many ladies.
