Most doctors will probably only if they feel it's really necessary. Most guys that young don't need to be on PDE inhibitors unless there's an underlying medical issue (i.e. diabetes, HTN, etc)

most doctors will not easily prescribe pills if you are under 50. they will want to do blood tests, etc. beforehand
some doctors will prescribe more easily as they know you will just buy some online and then who knows what you are getting

Two weeks ago I met a beautiful SP. I was so disappointed that after one SOG she could not revive my junior for second round. It was very embarrassing.
This happened with me for the first time.
I think now is the time I should go for viagra. I don't want to go to my family doctor.
I have come to know that there is a new medicine available now for which you don't need any prescription.
Does anyone know its name and where to get it. It seems to be much cheaper than viagra.
If anyone has some information, please let us know.

At very low dosage and use with care it does help out and make erection last longer. I usually get the smallest (25mg)and use maybe 1/3 to 1/2 per section, about 30 minutes before, whenever I think it may help.

The local walk-in I went to has a few doctor that’s not so hard headed when come to writing for the medication. I just tell them strite forward that I have had some stressful time and it affect my performance.

However I do know someone sell the large pills(100mg) without any doctor paper, the problem is that I know those could really give a health man heart attack if not used properly...

I'm still waiting to be able to purchase Viagra (Sildenafil) over the counter. My understanding is that it's possible to buy the drug over the counter in the UK. Would love to know if the US or Canada will be following suit anytime soon.

Fat chance of that ever happening in the US..not sure about Canada. It is available OTC in Costa Rica and many countries in the EU though.

OTC means you don't need a prescription but have to ask to the pharmacist, right? I think that it does make sense as valuable advises may be given at this time. Those pills doesn't act only on your erection but also act on your blood pressure. If one has a heart stroke after having taken viagra or similar it is very important that the physician knows it at the hospital. Otherwise he might gives you drugs that will be life threatening due to interaction between the two drugs. So always keep the list of drugs you are taking in your wallet. It's funny to realise that at the beginning this sildenafil (not named viagra at this time) was devellopped to treat pulmonary hypertension. They then realised that some patients with prior erectil dysfonction, ED, were recovering their ability... They tested it furthermore to treat ED and realised that, bingo, they have a new application for this drug that would bring big dollars. They named it viagra from this moment.
Some like it mild, I like it hot

OTC in the US doesn’t require you to ask the pharmacist anything. I did notice that even though all the PDE inhibitors did not require a prescription in these countries, they were still kept behind the counter and required you to speak to a pharmacy staff member.

As for me, I used to get pretty bad side effects (headache, swollen nose, distorted peripheral vision) from Viagra and my doc switched me to Cialis. Cialis is also known as the “Weekend Pill” because of its long-lasting effects which can last up to 36 hours. In comparison, Viagra only endures for up to 5 hours even though it contains a stronger dosage of an active agent than Cialis. You can find more info on this online pharmacy site)

Cialis not working so well these days.

If I switch to another brand like Viagra will that make a difference. What to do when Cialis is not as potent.

Cialis never really worked for me. Viagra does though. Very well in fact. I took 100mg a couple of times but side effects like face flushing were too intense. I decreased the dose to 50mg and it's still more than enough for me, i'm sure i could go to 25mg and still get hard as a rock.

But frankly, i would prefer the other way around. With Viagra i feel like i have to time myself to be in the peak window. With Cialis it seems to be much more permissive (when it works). But well, nothing is perfect i guess. Try Viagra 25mg or 50mg and you'll see if it suits you.
