100% me or 100% free!
I've noticed comments to this effect in a growing number of CL ads, etc., and while it might be a good marketing tool (assuming the pics are appealing), to reassure the client that they will see the same person at the door as in the photo...
I mean, other than walk away (as always), I'm not sure how you redeem that particular "coupon."
"You don't look like your pic! Give me sex!"
You will always lose on that one. They will claim you need glasses or stronger glasses, or you are blind.

haha! those are the ads you either 1. STAY FAR AWAY FROM, or 2. Are real........ so basically it is a 50/50 crap shoot as to what you will get...... heres a tip... stick to the reputable agencies and Indies you find on Merb....... (best tip you will ever get, and its FREE!!!!!!)

There is a large gray area between outright bait and switch, or totally fake pics, and 100% clear, non-photoshopped pics uploaded from a digital camera. That gray area is being exploited heavily not only on CL but also on Eros. The advent of photoshopping enables a lady to manipulate her pics, so that they are real but significantly enhanced or altered, often to hide tattoos, piercings, birthmarks or other identifying features.. Even many of the better and more reputable agencies do this.
Daydreamer41 is correct that you always lose on that one. There is plenty of marketing BS on CL and elsewhere and it always has been and will be BUYER BEWARE.
That being said, a long time ago I did meet a very hot girl on CL who guaranteed the hot pics she posted were her, and they were. She looked a little different in person, but just as hot or hotter than her pics. This was in the early days of CL, when it was newer.

Might be a Jewel
Honestly, I've found a couple of inexpensive jewels on 123 and CL. My method of operation is very simple, so I don't get screwed. If it's incalls and they state that the pic is real, then I try. Anything outcall, I stay away. Why? Because if it's incall, I can always walk away. So...should you only trust indys and agencies? No. If you're willing to go through the painful process of meeting incalls, you will be surprised to find what's out there.
I haven't tried outcalls, but if I were to call an outcall SP, with the guarantee that it's the real pic or it's free, and she happens to NOT look like her pic, I would simply close the door and send her away. When I pay, I don't play games
Over the years, I have used craigslist more than once. Mostly to get more mileage out of my hobbying dollar. I have used both incall and outcall. On incall, I have given the girl 20$ and walked away because she didn't look like the picture. I did this because I didn't want anyone following me out the door. I even had a Craigslist girl in Dallas come in to my room and start telling me what was off limits as she was walking through the door. I gave her 40$ and told her to get out and she went ballistic and threatened to go to the front desk and tell the management that I am calling prostitutes. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. I hope this gets through my thick skull some day but the problem is I like to shop. In a perfect world I would prefer to go to a bar and select the girl I want to spend time with after having a drink and short conversation with her but I digress.
I am glad they put "Its 100% me or 100% free. It makes it easier to walk out or throw her out. I would throw this in her face in a heart beat...and probably still giver her 20$ before I walk out.
What is needed is some sort of verification bureau, from which a certificate of authenticity of photo/services is available. If the hobby ever becomes fully legalized maybe that could happen - in which case I would put my name in now to volunteer for this important role. Then again, the most legal things are still bs'd like crazy to make people buy them. I think they call that marketing.
