Hello to all,
The last month has been very crazy for me. As some of you may know, some hobbyists had concern about our reliability and our promptness in answering emails. I truly care about all the comments that are being made, even though I can seem to be trying to excuse myself. I believe that my personal work and efforts are good, but lately I was forgetting the essential: I am supposed to manage others too!!
We had an emergency meeting yesterday night due to a few ladies being unreliable. We decided (the companions cast and I) that from now on, bad behaviours will be handle more seriously. We will not give chances anymore. We try to work as a family, we are all extremely nice girls, all friends, but our kindness tends to play against us when it comes to other girls.
We came to the decision that the ladies that have been lacking reliability will not be on our team anymore. Therefore, you will see some ladies gone from our website. We will also be even more selective on who we allow on our team.
My email helper has brought a few problems too. After looking for a long while, I found a new secretary that I believe will be very professional and reliable. Her name is Caroline. As of now, she will be answering emails whenever I am unable to do it.
We hope that our efforts in this ``clean up`` will be rewarded. We do not want our reputation to be ruined by a couple of ``bad apples``.
