Was it deleted..?
Did it dissapear..?
Or did the thread started.... End the whole fiasco..?
Thoughts? Opinions..?
While were at it... Who else has been raped..? Or forcefully entered a finger without notice..,?
If this can be considered rape.. There's been a few mp's that have raped me !!!

Sorry for you Leyenda

Too bad, it was an interesting thread but not really well started and I understand why she removed it. However, I will post the answer I was writing while the thread was removed. I hope it is still pertinent and that she will read it.

When someone is being forced to perform a sexual he/she is not consenting to, it's a rape.

Unfortunately, that thread started akwardly because Leyenda described the situation in a very confusing manner about the circumstances. Was she the client or the SP, for example?

I understand that we can attribute it to the fact she was deeply shocked by the incident and wanted to discuss it with someone, hoping that the Merbites would be supporting.

To my understanding, she fully accepted the session as a client but it evolved in a way she was not consenting anymore.

Leyenda, at what point did it change from a situation you agreed (and even sollicited, since you were the client) to a situation you were refusing? Why? Did you mention it clearly to him?
Maybe I'm coming too rational for something that was very emotive for you but it is important for you to understand when and why an acceptable situation became an unacceptable one.
If you want to share your feelings with others, it should help if you could better understand what happened to explain it to others.

Maybe you could restart the thread and be able to better explain yourself after some time. Sorry for you about what happened and I hope you will be able to feel better soon. I also hope that you will have the opprtunity to obtain somewhere else the comprehension you didn't obtain on MERB.

o_b,

Leyenda is a guy, and he allegedly solicited a transsexual on purpose. If you check out his other threads he makes a habit of cruising for streetwalkers, calling adds on CL & Annonce, and hitting the pickup clubs.

He must have had his reasons for deleting the thread, and he will have to decide whether to restart it...

Ooops!

o_b,

At least, it proves that initial posts by Leyenda were confusing! On the other hand, it doesn't change my mind that "when someone is being forced to perform a sexual he/she is not consenting to, it's a rape."
Of course, some people have more tendencies than other to put themselves in ambiguous situations.

Is this not contradicting yourself? You say you`re not gay yet you`ve had numerous experiences with other men. To me, that would be considered gay. Not that there`s anything wrong with that. Just to clarify Leyenda. Shemales/ transvestites are still men.

Do u really wanna start that convo about "what is being homosexual" ?

When you're a sex addict, you just need SEX, this sickness doesn't care about who you fuck , you just need easy sex

Leyenda,

Since you obviously are responding to questions, could you please explain
and
this sickness doesn`t care about who you fuck , you just need easy sex

You reported that you were forced to give him a bj while he had his finger in your butt... so what type of ``easy sex`` did you plan to have with the tranny (or previously with other men), before the rape/assault occurred? Believe me, I understand the need for sex, but I`m confused about what type of sex you wanted when you negotiated the deal?

Leyenda,
We did not like where it lead last time. By removing the thread, the issue becomes a non-issue. Now it is back and you are trying to give a better explanation. It is one sided and the truth will come out and surely you do not want the board to know about it, am I right?
Just reading over your version, members and Mods have a hard time believing your story. You consciously went to meet the provider, first at CitiBar where there are full of TS, had a talk, went to a private location and paid. Then forced into sex acts that you do not wish to perform.
We collected the facts and refusal was never hinted.
I believe that it is more about your sexual orientation confusion after the fact - than being raped.
We consider this matter closed.
