We need your opinion again. The Escort 411 section can be somewhat confusing. Is it to be used when searching for a specific person, searching for an escort with some specific qualities, or asking for comments about someone? And what if a review is posted as an answer to a question here? Is it still a 411 type thread?

Mod4 and I both think there should be no such separate section and the questions be posted in the area where they belong based on who you are looking for. But we don't want to do a change without your input.

Please voice your opinion

If you're going to keep having a questions section, I'd agree that "Questions and Answers" would be a better name. But on the whole I'd prefer having questions about outcall posted under outcall, questions about massage posted under massage, etc. And very general questions, like traveling with an SP or whatever, would fit easily under The Lounge.

So here's my reasoning: most people won't go out of their way to answer somebody else's question.

If you're already looking at Outcall and see a thread called "Black Escorts -- Recommendations?" (my favorite topic) you might very well have an impulse to post what you know about Naomi, Oceanne, Karoline etc.

But it's much less likely that a poster will go to a section exclusively devoted to questions just to see how he can be of help. A few will do it, and they're fine people. But most won't. I wouldn't, for example.

And, true, a a lot of threads will crop up where a guy is asking after a particular escort and nobody has much to say. But that won't produce clutter because those threads will sink down to the bottom of the pile -- because nobody adds to them.

And that's my 2 cents Canadian.

I prefer that questions be separated from reviews. Follow-up questions, suggestions and counter-proposals could quickly overwhelm a review thread. Changing the name from 411 to something like " 411 (Requests for Information)" could make it clearer to newcomers.

I agree with the posters above. Call it "411" or call it "Q&A" but it should encompass all three scenarios envisioned by Mod 2's original post in one discreet section apart from the review sections.

OK, points taken. Then what if a review is eventually posted in response to the 411? Would you see the whole thread being moved to the relevant escort reviews section or should it instead remain in the 411?

I say forget the 411 section... questions should be postewd with the reviews all in one place... I am sure many users dont actually go to all sections... especially a 411 section...

metoo4, if the concensus ends up being to keep the 411 section, we will move questions out of the review section back to the 411.

The split seems to be between people who have a habit of visiting the 411 section and people who don't.

I know I hardly ever go there, but maybe it's a thing with hobbyists who hobby more.

I think 411 should remain for questions (about SP's or strippers) in order the keep the outcall and Strup club sections for REVIEWS.

I also think the 411 section should remain to, at least partially, reduce the clutter in other sections. I don't mind if outcall, incall, SC and MP questions are mixed together as I find the posting titles often provide enough information to differentiate amoung them.

Perhaps it is a good idea to change the name to "Questions" as that can't but encourage questions to be posted there rather than elsewhere.

I, for one, read new 411 postings via the New Posts feature.

Besides if we remove 411, there would be no place for us to self rightousely send people who mispost these types of questions in the review section. That would be a sorely missed part of my day.

To answer Mod4's question, I'd say that if you keep a separate section for questions it should be for all types of questions -- not just escorts, but also masseuses and strippers.

But it does need a new name, because "411" is kind of obscure and putting in a subtitle to explain things would clutter the board. Eager suggested "Questions and Answers," which is the most straightforward thing I can think of.
