One of the guys arrested for soliciting prostitution in Joliet, Illinois is from Ottawa. I wonder why he would even venture in engaging in prostitution in the US? Prostitution stings in the US are becoming more frequent, especially in the smaller cities and towns.

It is probably a money maker since it does not take that much time to set up a sting, and the people arrested unless they already have a record, do not serve jail time, but they pay fines and have their cars and money confiscated. Plus, LE's arrest / conviction rate gets a boost, as it is probably the simpliest bust they will ever get. I feel sorry for those arrested, for it is a large stigma to carry around.

Dunno which Ottawa, but this is a reminder of why I shake my head when I see posts from guys in Montreal who are taking a trip to the States, like Vegas or NYC, and want to know where to find SPs.

Save your money when you go to the U.S. when it comes to SPs...spend it on something else and hobby at home. Unless you are dying to have shitty service for two or three times the price.

Montreal :

- No LE problems
- Low hobby price.
- Quality and choice.
- Hobby paradise.

Hobbying is easier in Montreal. The reality of the States is you can find similar quality/price, but finding it is much more difficult and risky. Although I have not hobbied in the States in probably 5 years or so, I was able to find very good service and quality if I looked hard enough. The problem is the search is much more difficult and risky. But if you safely find a couple of ladies, the price/quality thing is about the same as Montreal. All comes down to about $150-$250 per hour retail and less once you get to know the provider. Buying longer periods with a previously known/seen provider gets you a discount, as she's more comfortable with you. It all boils down to LE and Societal risk.

Example: Quite a few years back, I had a very attractive 19 year old blond university coed come over to my Orlando home for a "massage" for $100. It was supposed to come with a "happy ending". Well, she seemed to have no problem with DFK, but claimed she had never done FS. She wouldn't allow digits, but would allow me to "play down there". Apparently, I did a good enough job when she gushed all over my hand. At that point I offered her a $100 tip for FS. Her words to me were, "Well, I do need to get the AC fixed in my car....". Whether she was telling the truth or not, I proceed to have one of my top 10 encounters with this little lady. Truthfully, she really did seem to be very fresh and inexperienced. It was quite fun.

Overall my ratings would have been:

Looks: A solid 8.5 and on some scales a 9
Service: 8.5 once you got her engine going. Great DFK
Attitude: Considering the circumstances, 7.75 With time, I think it would have been a 9

Nice gets you better mileage everywhere, but sometime you see people with the nasties. Thats when I show them that I can out nasty them.
