    Looking for 2 escorts that poledance for bachelor party in VT

    Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. Having a bachelor party with 8-10 guys on Oct 1 or 8th and looking for 2 montreal ladies who know how to poledance and can travel to the Burlington, VT area around 11pm. We have a platinum stages permanent dance pole in the finished basement where the party will be held. Expect girls will do pole dancing, stripping, lap dancing, etc. Original plan was to go to Montreal but some of the guys don't have the right docs for the border so looking for 2 attractive ladies to drive down.

    Transporting strippers/escorts across international borders sound like a peck of trouble.

    The Mann Act is physically transporting SP's across state lines. Would the border between Canada and Vermont be included, and I think you need to actually pay for their transportation, arrange it, or physically be the person transporting them. Maybe EB can answer the question.

    I remember this being discussed during the Elliot Spitzer affair. One of the SP's he was with came from Washington DC and he knew this. However, he had nothing to do with getting her there so, he could not be charged with the Mann Act.

    Even if it is not included in the Mann Act, people transporting these 2 girls could be accused of human trafficking.

    I'm just curious, what is your budget for having 2 girls drive down to Burlington, and have them pole dance, strip, lap dance and the '' etc.'' you add, meaning you might expect even more?

    Human trafficking is forcibilly having a person perform prostitution. I don't think it's the case here.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_trafficking

    (a) [...] the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs;

    (b) The consent of a victim of trafficking in persons to the intended exploitation set forth in subparagraph (a) of this article shall be irrelevant where any of the means set forth in subparagraph (a) have been used

    Using deception or position of vulnerability is enough, you do not necessarily need to use force.
    The girls just need to say to borber officials they did not know they were traveling there for prostitution (that way they're protecting themselves) and the driver could be in trouble.
