This is my first post.....
First of all I got to say, Merb is definately handy for SP users and not so handy for agencies, but in the end if agencies take pride in their service, care about QoS then it too can be a handy tool in picking those SPs who wud in turn give a bad name to an agencies that otherwise has a great track record (my favorites Eleganza and Asservisante (whom I've only tried twice, really great on the fon), their reviews to come later. I also remember one ageny owner who said that no matter what, merb always empowers the clients and sometimes clients tend to gang up on an otherwise honest agency owner IMHO i agree and disagree, once u have loyal clients who've been served well, then they will stick up for u, becuz at times when new talent come in, it's hard to avoid testing out their "probationary period". I'm thinking very seriously in starting an agency myself soon, but for now I'll just be a spectator. That being said I've tried putting up a review 3 times 2day, and it was a long review, and I lost it 3 times, cuz the merb site kept thinking I wasnt logged in, due to the fact I dont want to keep my fellow merbites "hanging", I will give it one more shot and just for safety will apply a little cut and paste b4 clicking "submit new thread".
