My buddy and I are heading to Montreal this weekend. We are big fans of alternative music. So I was wondering what bar/club we should go to on Saturday night that would play alternative/rock music. Your help is greatly appreciated!!

long long time ago, far away city in Montreal, when the (bar/club) empire was much more stronger............
We used to have a bar/club called Le Cox on St.Catherine street.. I went there once when they had a rave party to raise money for AIDS victims. what a party that was.
Foufouns... I don't know. I haven't been there at least 11 years.. wow. I am getting old.

Orallover, The Cox is a gay bar in the middle of the quartier gay where leather is the second skin of the customer... if they have a second skin.

I have gone and came back....and let me tell you that you guys have a beautiful city!! I had a blast there. The only thing bad i've noticed is that there are some crazy drivers...hahahahaha. But we are planning another trip for sure. Even made a stop at SuperSexe and Super Contact Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to go to the Foufouns, but we will for the next trip.
The best concert I've seen was the Nine Inch Nails show in Toronto back in April 2000. Trent is amazing! I'm one of the lucky few who got tickets to the Toronto show on May 9th. Can't Wait!!!
