    Bar busted in Drummondville

Une autre maison de débauche...! Another bawdy house...! (drugs also involved)

The LaPresse article says the investigation started in March (!). Took them 6 months to setup the bust.
Looks like only the owner and employees were arrested.

2nd link says that 3 strippers were arrested...
My guess (and its a ... guess) is that it's probably heavily linked to drug first and bawdy house after...

Seems that no clients/customers were arrested...
Dead place? or some real luck for eventual guys in booths? lol

One of the articles mentions "information from locals"...I suspect they wore out their welcome. This bar has a thread on Merb that goes back to 2009. They are located almost directly across the street from a local tourist attraction - from Google Map (I've never been there).
Local "dignitaries" probably wanted them taken out.

The LaPresse article suggests further "bawdy house" accusations may be forthcoming. Maybe clients??

the lesson i guess would be not to operate in a small city across from a tourist attraction. :P

I have been in Drummondville for years and never heard of the place. All I knew that was in the area was Madonas and it was better off to drive to Le Gent.
