Only in America can you try to kill the President and be released from jail !!!

A federal official says the man charged with sending poison letters to President Barack Obama, a U.S. senator and a Mississippi judge has been released from jail.

Jeff Woodfin, chief deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service in Oxford, Miss., says Paul Kevin Curtis has been released from custody.

Woodfin says he doesn't know if there were any conditions on the release.

The development comes hours after officials canceled a detention and preliminary hearing on Tuesday.

Curtis was arrested Wednesday at his house in Corinth, Miss., and charged with sending ricin-laced letters to Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker and a Lee County, Miss.

So? FBI did not have any evidence to hold him.
So when will Hillary go to Prison?

Only the Democrats would have a potential CONVICT as their Top Presidential Candidate. Simply Pathetic

In most of these Hot Issues, 911, War, JFK, etc... No one asks the right fundamental questions.
In this case .. where and how would this guy get ricin.
On 911... Cell phone calls from Planes over 1000 ft were impossible !
On 911... how can the whole building collapse when clearly the top fell on the side? (You can see the antenna tilting on one side in the initial few seconds)
On 911... Anthrax sent in letters to congressman... Where - how did the suspect acquire Anthrax? (Anthrax was created by US Army)
On 911... Of all the surveillance videos in and around the Pentagon, even commercial surveillance surrounding the Pentagon, Only 5 still images have been shown. Why?
JFK... How come so many security basics were ignored on that day? ( Open windows in buildings, no body guards riding on back of JFK car, no sharp curve to slow down)
JFK.. How come some seized videos were never shown?

The Police, local and federal have undercover agents everywhere.

The 2001 Summit of Americas in Quebec City had a supposed terrorist group that was busted shortly before the summit.
The thing is... an undercover cop is the one who manipulated the group and furnished all the supposed "arms".

State funded-created Terrorism is not new. Hitler did a magnificent PR stunt by burning the Reichstag (Parliament) and blaming his enemies.

In politics the fastest way to accomplish your goals is by creating a problem, create a reaction via the media, and then suggest a solution (your goal).
    Problem - Reaction - Solution
The Iraq war is a perfect example of the this.
The first casualty of war is Truth !

    Stefano:

Maybe they charged the wrong guy & corrected their mistake when they realized the evidence they had wouldn't hold in court? Maybe they realized this 'evidence' was bogus?

You need proof to try & convict someone in the United States. Paul Curtis claims he was setup by someone who gathered stuff about him from social media sites & there's no reason to doubt his story.

That's it. They got the wrong guy, but people like Stefano don't see the need for evidence or trials. An allegation is enough for them.

Stupid human rights laws! They should have extracted a confession by torturing him, saved money by dispensing with a trial and used a few pickup trucks to draw and quarter him.

Not only in America: a guy was actually released after serving 7 years for attempted murder on French pres. Jacques Chirac: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maxime_Brunerie
And that's what happens when laws have priority above personal vengeance of the powerful.

In Canada we don't have any President, plus our Prime Minister (not even Harper!) nor Premiers are stupid enough to open their own mail......
This is why our most popular bill looks like this:

This is why we all have to say:
    God save the Queen!
This is why this huge country might not survive very long...Even though all us will remain united and strong!

Haha, I am sure Project Innocence, which has found evidence to free 306 wrongly convicted people of murder, would love your suggestion, NOT.

Hey Mob, maybe you should watch and condemn some extreme talk here. This is Montréal Escort Review Board. This is Canadian Board and american extremists should be limited to express themselves here! They can come and fuck for cheap here in Canada, but they should respect us for what we are, an upmost developped country respectfull of human rigths and not looking for trouble.

Instead use the guy to see if he can mail another letter like this by himself with a bonus if he succeed.
There's so many people who deserve one.

If he doesn't succeed than use him to open all Obama's letter in the futur.

If he's good at it, use him to send stuff to that clown in Iran or the other one in North Korea.
    Who knows ?

He did not kill anyone, and they only let hom go because they do not have enough evidence. Or, maybe they did not read him his rights.

They did not find any evidence. PERIOD...

New suspect charged in ricin case

The Feds now believe they've charged the right guy.

A Mississippi man has been charged with being in possession of a biological toxin in connection with the investigation into ricin-tainted letters sent to President Barack Obama, the U.S. attorney's office for the Northern District of Mississippi said in a statement released Saturday.

James Everett Dutschke, 41, of Tupelo, has been arrested, authorities said earlier.

He is expected to appear in the U.S. District Court in Oxford, Mississippi, on Monday before Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander.
