New hobbyist and this forum has been immensely helpful! For the agencies that offer incall, when they list the rate, is there an expected tip to the SP of the same amount? I understand that sometimes tips will be expected for Greek, BBBJ etc, I'm wondering if the listed rate will cover 'basic'...
