By the way, unrelated to Montreal, but I noticed London is going through a similar decline. About 10 years ago, you could get a 10/10 Romanian girl at a good rate. Now, it's full of plastic Brazilian girls with mediocre service. And agencies are just insanely priced ~ 350-500 GBP.

I have been out of the country for ~ 7 years and just came back for a visit. It's a total disaster. Asian agencies were a bit hit-or-miss before. But the prices were ok. Now, the prices are at, or above, market rates, yet the quality is nowhere to be seen. Indie market on LL is complete trash...
