And if they have the "Lapin Royale" (rabbit stuffed with foie gras) at $100 for 2 people, try that as well. If you are able to handle extremely sweet desserts, try the pouding chomeur...

    I love potatoes too, and butter (unsalted, please), but I really dislike bagels. I know bagels are a Montreal "institution" but I really don't get what there is to like about something so dense and chewy. I have never met a bagel I have liked. Same with sourdough bread; life is too short to seek...
